Not meeting the mark
Pros:

Only one elevator in operation during length of stay (six days). Noise can be a problem from adjoining rooms and hallway. Room refrigerators are practically useless as they are very small and inefficient. HVAC system does not seem to maintain a stable temp. It can get very cold in rooms. TV remote can be a challenge to figure out. Guests most likely will have to pay for parking in garage. On a positive note: Bathrooms and shower area afford a good deal of space. King size bed is excellent and very comfortable.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and I loved the shower.
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff, good restaurants on site, and large open space out side for the kids to play.

Cons:

Only one elevator working so it took a long time to get up and down from the room. The TV was connected to WiFi so it kept pausing. They didn’t clean the room until late in the afternoon when we were trying to rest. Had to pay for parking but nothing is the add said anything about paying for it.

Nice Place to Stay!
Pros:

Very friendly staff and a well care for property. Exceptional staff include Tanya, Yashir and Derek. Each of them were friendly and helpful. I returned to the hotel after my flight was seriously delayed and found them all to be very kind and empathic to my situation.

Wonderful experience.
Pros:

Staff was exceptionally warm and friendly, even when we arrived at 1:30 am. Clean and spacious rooms and property.

Cons:

Misinformation posted regarding pool hours- I should have double checked with the staff.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Excellent experience. Location, clean, and staff were great.

I would have liked a cable station that has “Dateline." I believe OWN carries it. Also, some hotels have apps that the client can connect to with our iPhone app, e.g. YouTube, Peacock, etc.

Generally a good hotel. I had a couple of glitches, but would come back.
Pros:

Nice hotel, good F&B, generally good value.

Cons:

Hotel repeatedly did not answer my requests about meeting space. The AC seems to be turned up in the middle of the night to save money which impacted my sleep. My room was not cleaned on one day.
