Invest in SMART TVs!!!
Pros:

I liked the ambience of the hotel. The rooms were a nice size and the hotel's appeal was very inviting.

Cons:

I was disappointed about 2 things, first, I had to pay for parking. The attendant at the front desk explained that the parking garage had recently been purchased by a third party company. The MOST important thing is that the hotel doesn't have SMART TVs. I was unable to log into Netflix or Prime, and unable to cast from my phone. Considering the price, next time I will be going to the Hampton Inn that has SMART TVs, comfortable beds and complimentary breakfast.

The room was very nice. One of the elevators not working .Long wait for elevator.
Pros:

Did not have breakfast.

Cons:

I didn't like the shuttle was not available to and from the mall/LIive when requested if the shuttle was available. Do you have to reserved shuttle for one person and how do you do that?

Awesome experience! I will stay again.
Pros:

[Overall Experience]: Amazing
[Would I stay again]: Yes
[Would I recommend]: Yes
[Front Desk Staff on Arrival]: Awesome
[Front desk staff]: Absolutely Awesome the entire time
[Luggage Rack]: Yes - took a minute to find.
[Restaurant]: Two attached, but they were actual restaurants, not necessarily hotel restaurant.
[Bar]: Yes
[Breakfast]: Unsure, as I did not partake in breakfast at the hotel.
[Breakfast dining area]: n/a
[Hotel theme/or how did it make me feel]: Bright, open, airy, artsy
[Historic Feel]: N/A
[Noise Level]: None, except for the foyer, because the restaurant was next to foyer with doors open. However, it was not unboreable.
[Swimming Pool]: Yes. Did not use.
[Valet]: No
[Room Clean]: Yes
[Bathroom Clean]: Yes
[Restaurants within walking distance] Yes. Two attached to the hotel itself. One American food, another hispanic food. Within walking distance, a good bagel shop, indian food, and more across arundel mills blvd.
[Shopping]: Yes. A little bit close by. Arundel Mills Mall, Walmart, Costco, and much more just minutes down Arundel Mills Blvd.

OVERALL DISLIKES
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. No Valet Service
2. No Driveway, or area to park to check in to the hotel. Had to park in fire lane.
3. Shuttle driver being impatient waiting for me to check in.
4. Elevator - one was broken. Speed of elevator was slow.
5. In room - extremely bad aroma when walking in. Smelled like some cleaning agent, so did not say anything, but then there was another smell. Not super strong, but enough to know it was there.
6. In room - no curtains, so morning light broke through the side between the wall and the shade and smacked myself and my wife in the face in the morning.
7. In room - TV not on arm
8. In bathroom - no double sink and not enough counter top

FRONT DESK STAFF
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Responsive. Available. Professional. Answered every question quickly and efficiently.

ROOM
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Microwave: Yes
Coffee In Room: Yes. Not sure of the brand of the maker, but it did take pods. Not a Keurig though.

Extremely clean. Liked the way the room was staged. Loved the robes left on the bed. Reminded me of a cruise that did a similar thing. Room was very open, very bright, and very artsy in the decorations. Floors were LVP.

AC worked very well. Thermostat was a little confusing, but figured it out.
TV worked well. Problem with the TV is that it was not attached to the wall with a swinging arm. This made it challenging when sitting on the little love seat / couch in the room. Had to physically turn the tv. Would rather move it via an arm where the TV is mounted to the wall.

Bed was soft. However, this is the first hotel I have ever stayed at, that they actually had real pillows. Huge bonus here. I normally pack my own pillow, because hotels normally have feather pillows with no support whatsoever.

There was a desk in the room with a good chair.

All outlets and USB ports worked successfully in the room.
The view from the room was okay, kind of expected that based on location.
No curtains in the room. It did have two different types of shades. However, morning light came through the side directly to our faces. Not cool.

BATHROOM
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Clean and Presentable. Not a lot of counterspace. Single sink.
Plenty of towel hooks for multiple people to hang towels.
Did not find a slip mat for the tub.
Water pressure was amazing.
Shower head very good height.
Hot water was good.
Toilet was a good height, no soft close lid though

PARKING
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Public, shared parking garage.
7' clearance.
Payment was done via an app.
Clean and Open.

Luxury Hotel in a Pinch
Pros:

I hadn’t stayed at The Hotel at Arundel Preserve since my daughter’s wedding several years ago. It was just as nice then as it is now.
Mind you we hadn’t planned on staying here except we missed our flight and didn’t want to drive all the way back home (an hour plus away).

We didn’t need anything fancy, just somewhere clean we could lay our heads. I always check out Trip Advisors before booking any hotels and when I did this time it gave me a discount; however there was an up charge for early check in (but well worth it)!

The room we chose was a standard double bed, but it far surpassed our expectations. The room was immaculate. I love the fact LVP floors instead of nasty carpet.

The beds were comfortable and sheets smelled great!

I also love the fact the bathroom has a motion sensor night light in/under the mirror so when you’re walking in the bathroom the light automatically turns on, and…. A water closet for the commode, which makes it easier for multiple people to use the bathroom at the same time. There are plenty of outlets/USB and USB-C charging ports in the room,l for all your devices which we loved!

Comfortable lounge areas downstairs with bar and dining facilities with other drugstore and eateries nearby.

Our stay was great and staff when checking in was helpful as well.
