Room and parking issues, but Natalie resolved them quickly and efficiently!
Pros:

We have family in the area, and have stayed multiple years at this property. We stayed for 5 nights this past week - the first 2 nights the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I initially thought that it was just from having driven many hours over 2 days to get there. I realized it was not the drive, but was the bed itself (after waking for the day at 4:30 am due to the bed). I went to Reception a few hours later, and without hesitation Natalie was on the case and coming up with a solution. She switched our rooms, and the new room was excellent.

This was also after the QR code to pay for parking was not working when we checked in (after years of not having to pay for parking at this property it was a not-so-pleasant surprise to find that there is now a $10 daily charge). Natalie quickly offered to just attach the daily parking charge to the bill. Problem solved.

Aside from the above issues, our stay was pleasant as usual. We all found that the food at Grillfire was too salty, but that is oftentimes the case with restaurants. It would also make sense to have ice machine on every floor.

Looking forward to returning next year when we again visit family!

The beds are uncomfortable. The bathroom is outdated. I don’t prefer hardwood floor under beds. The hallways were busy and crowded. It seemed like they booked everyone for the same floor. The vibe is off

Excellent hotel! Love it!
Pros:

I stay here a fair amount. The staff is always very friendly and make you feel at home, especially Mervat, whose positivity and happiness is infectious. Rooms are very well done, attractive, and nicely laid out. Love coming here!
