El trato del personal, la limpieza y la comodidad del colchón y almohadas.

Cons:

Para nuestro gusto hacía mucho calor en la habitación, pero pusimos el aire acondicionado y en un momento estaba la temperatura perfecta

Pros:

Camas cómodas buen black out de ventanas, desayuno rico y variado, baño cómodo, ubicación práctica al lado de centro comercial, parada de bus y taxi al frente, buena atención en recepción

Pros:

Ubicación increíble, tienes todo el centro comercial a un paso. Trato del personal, excelente. Muy amables. El buffet del desayuno completo y rico. El gym, pequeño pero completo para mantener tu rutina diaria. Habitación cómoda y espaciosa.

La cama era cómoda

Cons:

Descuido en los detalles. La mampara de la ducha tenía una fisura en el cristal, con riesgo de rotura y en el hotel dijeron que no sabian nada por lo que falta de responsabilidad en el servicio de limpieza al no comunicarlo, el soporte del papel higiénico estaba suelto, a punto de caerse. Cabe decir que me han ofrecido el cambio de habitación , el cual no he aceptado porque para una noche era algo que no me condicionaría pero que ya no deberian haber alojado a nadie, en la habitación, hasta haber reparado, por lo menos la mampara de la ducha. Por otro lado, el desayuno, francamente mejorable. Lo peor y que no daba crédito a lo que estaba viendo fue que en el salón del desayuno tenian 2 mesas desbordadas con artículos de alimentación, bolsas abiertas y el contenido desparramado una cafetera, paquetes de servilletas, etc. El suelo de esa zona, muy sucio y con restos de comida...En fin, algo inexplicable; una visión muy desagradable y situación incómoda.
Me he alojado varias veces en este hotel y siempre he estado muy a gusto pero en esta ocasión ha dejado mucho que desear.

Servicio limpieza deficiente. En 3 noches no se cambio las sábanas, no reponen artículos de aseo.

Pros:

O espaço exterior está cuidado e até aumenta as expectativas, que se esvaiem quando entramos no espaço. As senhoras do pequeno almoço eram simpáticos.

Cons:

Apesar de estar limpo o espaço está degradado, as toalhas de banho e rosto muito velhas, uma até estava quase rasgada. O espaço tem potencial se estivesse mais cuidado.

Hotel dentro de um centro comercial, com estacionamento, boas instalações, com bons acessos, tranquilo, pequeno almoço razoável, funcionários simpáticos.

The staff is amazing, as always — so kind and helpful.
The location is good; since we were there for work, it was close both to our meeting place and to the airport.
The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is fine.

Cons:

The sound insulation in the rooms is very poor; even the slightest noise from the corridor or neighbouring rooms can be heard very clearly.
Also, the pillowcases do not fully cover the sides of the pillows, which feels a bit uncomfortable.
