Turkish breakfast was very basic...assume it would improve during main holidays

Hotel have new and old sections. Our original room were at old part with very poor lighting in the room but manager change our room to the new section. Great room and location. They are in process updating the old section.
Wonderful place to stay.

Hakan was amazing in assisting me (an American) with understanding the area and making my trip informed and safe.

Konaklamamız çok güzel geçti. Otel çok konforlu, deniz manzaralı ve kahvaltıları çok lezizdi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind sehr gut und nah erreichbar. Das Hotel ist nicht schlecht aber auch nicht gut. Personal ist unsympathisch Zimmer sind sauber aber sehr viele defekte Teile (Lichtschalter, Fernbedienung, Fernseher, Fenster, Tresor funktioniert nicht). Frühstück war sehr schlecht, keine Säfte nur Weißbrot Marmelade, Honig und Butter. Bisschen Käse Tomate und Gurke, keine gute Auswahl. Lieber ohne Frühstück buchen und draußen frühstücken ist besser. Nur bestimmte Gäste bekommen kleine Wasserflaschen, wir haben keine bekommen. Man fragt nicht den Kunden ob alles in Ordnung ist man ignoriert sie einfach.

空港バス(ハバイスト)終点カドキョイから徒歩2分。フェリー乗り場もめちゃくちゃ近く、超便利。
夜中まで人通りが多く、騒がしい部分もある。スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで楽しい。照明の数が少ないし、枕元に照明がないのは不便。シャワーお湯、水圧問題なし。リンス、ティシュ、なし。スリッパある。
交通の便利さ優先なら絶対このホテルで決まり。

Only internet keep dropping you out was concern but rest is a great value for price due to location and hospitality of staff

Gute Lage !

Very good location near to kadikoy center, bus, ferries and shuttle to airport are just in front of the hotel.
Square meter talking, the room was bigger compared to european standard, also there was a balcony.

Bella Hotel is located very close to the Kadikōy Ferry station as well as near the bus stops it has an amazing neighborhood which can be used for shopping everything from vegetables to fruits and clothes...many restaurants in the inner roads...like veganarcisit which provide an all vegan option to people... In general it is a perfect location especially if u like to explore places on foot as well...In general talking about the hotel staff...they are really really helpful wonderful people...

An excellent location that is very close to airport bus and ferries, great food and it is still quiet and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. So glad we chose to stay here.

We stayed in Bella for 4 days, the place is very convenient next to the ferry dock and the bus stop and the kadikoy fish- produce market. Cleanliness is superb, look like the hotel have a recent renovation. Staff are very nice and helpful. Most of the guess are friendly Turkish people. Breakfast is simple but good to have if you don't have time for the real Turkish breakfast outside. Overall, we're very happy with our stay and will book again if we're back to Istanbul. Highly recommended.

I've had a comfortable stay in general. The location is very good. Plenty of public transportation options at short walking distance. There were a lot of restaurants/shops/bars in few minutes walking distance.

Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The room was slightly smaller than what I expected seeing pictures but it was fine. I had issue with TV, but maintenance fixed it soon after I reported it.

Only issue I had were the pillows were too thick for my preference, I asked for a different one but I was told it was one-size for all.

Almost nothing.

Location is good, but when we arrived our suite has no air conditioning, we stayed 2 hours moving to other rooms not suites, smells like smoke, very disappointed
