מלון מיוחד

Great little hotel, lovely staff, interesting artwork.
Beautiful renovation that still kept the quirky charm, especially in the lobby and doping bar. Great breakfast. Fun amazing bar full of interesting people.
Location a little off the beaten path, but still walkable to the Duomo
Belle rénovation
The location
The bathroom had not been updated and really let down the overall stay. The staff were pretty hopeless and never around to help. There was a furniture change over happening for Milan design week events and it was like being on a building site
La particolarità della struttura. Molto moderna, è pensato anche come locale.
Non ho trovato il fono per i capelli.
I found the property excellent - comfortable rooms, perfect location, own parking, dog friendly, helpful staff, great restaurant and a magical bar. I would happily return to this property or visit any of their other locations.

Very unique and interesting
Stile, Bar,
Room. NO3. I had better rooms in the past.
We travelled for our honeymoon, and the hotel did make an effort. They very kindly sent a bottle of sparkling wine to the room. There was some initial confusion regarding our room booking, but our interpretation was that they tried to upgrade the room to a larger suite. Unfortunately, this larger suite had no external windows and was right next to the busy bar, but they were able to promptly offer us a different room (smaller, but with natural light, which was our preference). The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel is beautifully designed.
Although the hotel is beautiful, there is a slightly odd lack of attention to detail which we would not expect for an expensive luxury hotel. For example, the bathroom door did not fully close. On two separate occasions, staff entered the room without knocking. Apart from Claudio, who was consistently helpful and generous, many of the staff appeared rather inexperienced and/or occasionally standoffish. On turning up initially, for instance, we were told the room wasn't ready — which wasn't a problem. When returning at 4pm, however, we were taken to the room but a cleaner was clearly still working. The front of house staff member told us just to wait in the room while the cleaner continued to work around us, which felt quite awkward. Later on, when asking for some milk for tea in the room, we were told, "I'll call you later", which again felt slightly odd. In short, it did not feel worth the €400+/night cost.
