fantastisk sted man ikke lige glemmer

fantastisk smukt sted, fantastisk restaurant med super lækker mad og god service, en uovertruffen morgenbuffet. dejligt værelse meget rent velduftende. Skønt roligt poolområde med dejlige møbler i en skøn have. Alt virker meget autentisk og afslappet. Hyggelig lille butik i receptionen med lækre ting og sager. I det hele taget er stedet bare et besøg værd. kan klart anbefales og jeg vil med glæde komme igen. Det var et dejligt ophold. Sødt personale.

Cons:

Det var meget ærgerligt at restauranten havde lukket om mandagen. Da morgenbuffetten var ovre, var der meget mennesketomt og lukket, med undtagelse af receptionen. Så dagen ved poolen, blev kun serviceret med vand, man kunne hente. Det ville have været dejligt at kunne købe kaffe, vin øl, snack let frokost eller anden forplejning tilgængeligt på stedet. den lille by byder ikke rigtig på noget og man har jo heller ikke lyst til at forlade det skønne poolområde. Det samme med aftensmad nærmest alt har lukket i de to nærliggende byer vi besøgte to steder, der var åbent spiste noget begge steder men det var skuffende at køre efter. det havde været meget dejligt hvis man havde kunne bestille en kold ret, salat, tapas eller andet som kunne være forberedt aftenen for inden eller noget. Eller en slags ta selv ordning med pølse, skinke, ost brød måske div. drikke til en eller anden pris samlet. Så man kunne hjælpe sig selv om mandagen frem for at skulle køre.

Dark room in quirky castle-cum reception venue
Pros:

Good restaurant ( quirky decor) with pleasant service ( Daniele? I think)

Cons:

Dark uncomfortable room ( heavily discounted on this site) with only one bedside light and side table. There was room for another one but when we complained the reception staff said this was architect designed. Also “resort” is a misnomer: there is a courtyard pool but very little else, other than a large wedding/ reception venue not in use during our stay. There was only one other hotel guest but it did not occur to the staff to offer a better room.
