Enjoyed a family get together utilising 2 x 3 bedroom apartments.
Pros:

Wonderful location with a great balcony
Great apartment- first time to Yamba and loved it. We will be back.

Cons:

No bbq facilities on the property - tried council ones across the road but didn’t work properly- disappointing.

Fantastic time in Yamba, great place to stay on balance.
Pros:

Amazing location, very clean on arrival.

Cons:

No aircon in second bedroom, made the kids stay harder as it got too hot with the door closed. We had to keep the door open and living room aircon on, but then you have to keep the noise down.
Also, stupid triple sheeting on all the beds. Lasts 5 seconds, especially for our 4 year old, then the doona is exposed and that’s not hygienic. Bring back proper doona covers.

The unit was in a good location and nice pool & garden.

The location, basement carpark,the pool & gardens and receptionist.

Cons:

The unit was missing essentials to make our breakfast such as sharp knife & chopping board to cut fruit & crusty loaf of bread. Not enough tea & sugar for 2 guests. The screens on the windows were dirty and being allergic to dust made me uncomfortable.

Weather was unkind for the beach, however the SandBar restaurant next door provided great French style meals.

Loved the location, pool was good. Lighting in stairway could be better

Cons:

Very tight car spaces. Had few cockroaches running around and a gecko put outside.
Curtains were dirty, dusty air cons, bed lamp had dust hanging off it. The cushions on the lounges were squashed as left from last tenants. Ok I poofed them up.
