Here I want to say that, the staff is friendly. I want to thank Mr. Peter and the other Tune staff for giving me the best service and giving me a spacious room because I use a wheelchair. Their location, for Muslims it is quite difficult to find food if the nearest restaurant is restaurant al - Hass cafe. So I really asked Tune Hotel to make a mini kiosk restaurant to make it easy for customers to find food in the middle of the night if they are too lazy to go out far from the restaurant for Muslims. If you want to iron your clothes, you have to go to the 2nd floor. Their toilets are clean, and their beds are comfortable. Want to watch TV on the 2nd floor. Because I'm on the 9th floor. I don't hear any noise.

The reception staff was very profesional especially Nor Azlin. She handled all enquiries promptly and i had a smooth check-in and check-out process. Tqvm.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly staff who were always helpful. The room was well maintained, the bed was cozy, and the location was convenient for traveling and finding food nearby. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Visited Penang on 19 December 2025 and stayed at this hotel that truly delivered great service and excellent value for money. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always ready with recommendations and quick assistance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing space after exploring the island. Amenities were thoughtfully provided, and everything worked smoothly. The location was convenient, making it easy to access food, attractions, and transport. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations for the price paid. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Penang and would definitely choose to stay here again, in the near future with family.

Room is clean especially under bed is clean and toilet cleanliness well maintained. Frontdesk service very good , well asssiting guest needs and inquiry regards parking. Room are newly painted and look fresh. Kudos for Tune team for well maintaining the hotel.

The location was superb,just about 10mins plus walk to Komtar, Pranglin Mall and First Avenue mall. Opp the hotel there’s a nice curry Mee and Lor Mee stall. Walkable to Chow Rasta Market and famous Teochew chendol place. And near famous durian stall and opp there’s a good Japanese cake shop. But take note no TV or phone in the room. Clean but compact size rooms Good price value/ budget added place
