Good stay for 4day 3 nights stay its next to a shopping centre so youre not out of shopping and dinning the room is decent and clean and staff were friendly

Pros:

The hotel is located in the Mall and the Property is located near to the airport.
Please do not expect a fancy breakfast. There are a lot of nearby options as well. Only one thing to complain about, I felt like the bed was super old and bumpy. Each time I turn around I can hear the spring sound working hard to support my weight.

The staff was not friendly and welcoming but the check-in was smooth.

Bad experience with Tune Hotel 1Borneo
Pros:

Booked and pay for window room and queen bed but was given non window room and a double bed room. And not only that, was given untidy room! The room given still dirty and and I have to call the counter and wait. 45 minutes later they asked me to shift to new room. And still it is not a window room and a double bed room. You need to improve a lot Tune Hotel 1Borneo!

Pros:

The check in is really fast and efficient. Well the reception staffs are courteous and very helpful. The breakfast is great. It will nice if there is a pool at the rooftop ha.. Overall I love this hotel.
