Tune Hotels - Kota Bharu City Centre

Stayed here last July with colleagues for work purposes.

Though in an old city , this is located in the downtown area and just across a big mall and Starbucks ;) . Very accessible with easy access for Grab pick up and drop off .

Our rooms were clean and functional business wise .

Staffs were amazing and very polite too .

Worth a try and recommended …

Very friendly and helpful staff. Strategic location. A shopping mall just beside the hotel. Room is clean. Just that the sound proof a bit poor. Can hear the car sound which the main road just near to the hotel. Overall still consider good and comfortable.

first the good. The bed and pillows are good, as is the water pressure in the shower, that's it.

to the negative. They can't clean here. If you walk around the room with bare feet, your feet are black. Dirt everywhere. A small child is better in cleaning her room as these employees. Bed blanket and pillows have traces of blood on them. Luckily I had my travel sleeping bag with me otherwise I would have been very annoyed

The handle from the faucet is missing and will not be replaced. TV didn't have a remote control, you don't need it, it only has 6 channels -.-. Save without battery.

Convenient location but cleaniless and maintenance of the room has room for improvement.

very convenient, easy to look for food and shopping mall is nearby

Stayed for only one night as we were watching a football game at the nearby stadium, therefore we weren't looking for any kind of holiday experience

But the place was nice for its price point. Booking was easy online but do note you'll be charged a govt. Tax of RM2 upon checking in

Parking was not provided but there's plenty of open parking space close by.

Very bad smell in the room during check in.Also the floor still wet and look like not prepared well to welcome costomer.Iron only have at.level 1 and 2 and also no hot water or kettle in the room,only have at ground floor.Very uncomfotable for who stay stay at level 9.The operator or customer service is not frendly .Very not recomended hotel.

Room is clean and price is fair. Friendly staff and strategic location. Beside a neighbourhood shopping mall. Very convenient.
Recommended to those who plan to visit Kota Bharu Kelantan. Easy access to get food in this area during day time and night time with walking distance.

Frond desk, staff is very friendly and helpful, room is comfortable and just nice for traveller. location right in centre of town, convenience to get local food and places to chill around .strongly recommend hotel to stay in for a short trip.

I usually didn't comment anything upon my stay in hotel. But for this stay at Tune Hotel Kota Bahru i need to give my highest gratitude to the team lead by Mr Moses.

You will never regret if you are staying at this hotel. Cause is really made you feel Home away from Home.

Close to a shopping mall, easy to get food and drinks

There not free parking the room so small and smell bad

My husband and I stayed at tune hotel kota Bahru for our second honeymoon. We have never visited east coast before and this is our first time been here. The locals are warm and friendly people. Good place to stay.

Very comfortable, and clean. Everything is well prepared and thoughtful. Great spot as it’s very near to shopping mall. You can easily get what you need. Friendly staffs, easy procedures to check in...

Room 704

Good:
1. Near to KB Mall
2. Near to town
3. Near to Tesco and Aeon Mall

Bad:
1. Pillow are small and flat
2. Cover bad not wash - itchy all over body
3. Bad smell - room and outside room
4. TV not functioning

Hotel room toilet was dirty, shower head was blocked, then changed to another room with windows cannot close. Change to 3rd room with tv without remote. Maintenance and service need more improvement to stay competitive. Tune Kulim is good, but KB disappointing

very helpful manager and staff service during my stay at TUNE Hotel KOTA BHARU. I like the room very much and location is very convenient for my business trip. The lobby environment attract me to choose this hotel for my stay.
