Tout était parfait. J'ai tout de suite été changé de chambre lorsque j'ai découvert une énorme araignée au-dessus de lit, mais il n'y eu aucune hesitation et on m'a trouvé une autre chambre immédiatemet.

Un séjour très agréable, un personnel d'accueil efficace, souriant, à l'écoute, m
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse, avec un lit king-size de 180 cm particulièrement confortable. La climatisation, efficace et discrète, a été très appréciée compte tenu des températures avoisinant les 37 °C lors de notre séjour à Milan. La salle de bains, également généreuse en espace, disposait d’une agréable douche à l’italienne.
Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et varié. Toutefois, pour un établissement 4 étoiles, la qualité de certains produits, notamment les viennoiseries, les confitures et les jus de fruits, nous a semblé en deçà de nos attentes. Nous espérions retrouver davantage l’authenticité et la richesse de la tradition italienne plutôt qu’une offre assez classique.
Nous regrettons également que le restaurant n’ait pas été ouvert durant notre séjour. En revanche, le personnel d’accueil s’est montré particulièrement disponible, efficace et attentif aux besoins de la clientèle étrangère, contribuant ainsi à rendre notre expérience agréable.

Cons:

Une décoration contemporaine et moderne, certes, mais manquant de chaleur. Un ascenseur qui n'est pas en lien avec un quatre étoiles. Et un petit déjeuner qui manque de qualité gastronomique et d'authenticité italienne

Envoi confortable et sécurisé, pas trop loin de Milan

Les chambres et les équipement étaient dernière génération très agréable
L’accueil du personnel était très sympathique

Cons:

Regrette qu’il n’y ai pas de minibar dans lequel on puisse avoir de l’eau et des consommations à payer si besoin
Les petits déjeuners étaient vraiment au stricte minimum trop juste à mon goût
