Nur ein Einzelbett, zusätzlich ein Ausklappbett. Kein Nachttisch, demzufolge keine Beleuchtung am Bett.
Sehr kleiner Fernseher ohne deutschsprachige Sender.
Altes hellhöriges Gebäude mit klemmendem Fenster.
Unangenehmer, nicht identifizierbarer Geruch.
Bescheidenes Frühstücksbuffet mit einer kleinen Tasse Kaffee, zweite Tasse wäre separat zu bezahlen.
Ausstattung des Frühstücksraums mit kleinen Plastikstühlen und Tischen mit beschädigter Platte.

NOT a 4-star hotel
Pros:

This is the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I have stayed in many shared hostels even. How does this place call itself a 4-star hotel? It should be illegal. The rooms are entirely rundown and outdated. The beds and pillows must be minimum 40 years old and absolutely feel like it. There are springs poking from the mattresses and the pillows are completely hard and flat. The bedding feels like sandpaper. Nothing soft exists here. Additionally there is construction that starts at 8am everyday (including Saturdays) that makes it impossible to sleep any later. The rooms smell horrible like must and mildew. Additionally, the cleaning staff does not do their job. I was moved into one room that was not clean when I arrived and had opened soap bottles and the receipt with the personal information of the customer before me left inside (garbage). The second room I was moved into had literal dirt all over the bathroom. The blinds are broken, the cookware is dismal, I could go on. The staff makes very weird comments and also barely speaks English, so if you have a problem and do not speak Italian, you are out of luck. I absolutely do not recommend staying here. There are many better options. This place is a joke.
