Tune Hotel KLIA Aeropolis

Location is not that close to the airport and it’s a bit secluded like there’s nothing around here. Atmosphere felt like I’m in a boarding school kid.Room size so small like tinyyyy, yes it’s affordable but at what cost my dormitory was bigger, it’s clean tho. It’s not like noisy but every time someone pass by your room you’ll hear it. Sevices was ok. Amenities is average, iron is provided but at level 4 so yeah

A great budget hotel which cannot be faulted for the price paid. The only improvement would be to have a regular shuttle bus to KLIA1. There is a shuttle to KLIA2 every 2 hours, but every 2 hours is not frequent enough, and what about KLIA1?

I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thanks to the team member who made my stay extra memorable with their warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come again. Highly recommended!

Good value for the price during the MotoGP weekend. However, the shuttle between KLIA Aeropolis and KLIA2 used to run much more frequently in the past, so keep that in mind.

Very far from the international airport. The rooms are tiny and stinking, there is no service except one makan restaurant which is for name sake.

Quick check in. Simple room. Clean. Friendly staffs. Restaurant is great. Free shuttle bus to nearby KLIA2. Just fyi, the hotel is located abit far from the nearby KLIA2. Maybe like 20 minutes plus. Please plan your time wisely. Overall is good.

The shuttle from Tune KLIA2 should be every hour. The room is a little noisy, but still comfort. And the toilet a little smelly sometimes. Eventhought the price is reasonable, so i can complain much.

Environment was acceptable.
Room is tiny. Hence, not comfortable to move around the room.
As for the value, it's overpriced for such a room. It doesn't have space to put our luggages.

Bed quite big and comfortable for double bedroom. Room quite nice...Hope to open bus shuttle slot for 04:00am and 06:00am

2. Toilet next to the wall no space for legs when sitting down.
3. Shower doors not close good and broken tiles.
4. Location is far from everything only have one restaurant here but good prices nice drinks and good food service is perfect.
5. I like the atmosphere in here.
6. It’s not really noisy and the airconditioning works perfectly.
7. Breakfast is good but only don’t drink the milk 🥛.

A number 1-10 I will give a 6.

Overall ok, but parking fees 1hour charge RM2 and no special rate for customer. 1 night parking cost me rm22, which is too much for Tune Hotel customer. Suggest flat rate for Tune Hotel customer.

We had a very very bad experience staying in this hotel, too much noise of ac and the vehicle outside of road can’t sleep, and the windows curtains is too short. We reach there at 9.30pm and the restaurant is almost closed such a worst hotel ever.

Booked a room with foc airport drop off but been told off by the receptionist as it’s first come first serve basis. I came for the convenience but get a rip off!! the room is very small and creepy isolated at remote area. Very hard to get taxi due to its location. Do not stay here. Better stay at tune hotel across klia2.

I don’t understand why, on the first night we stayed (Date 07.09.2025， time around 4am), the shower head in the bathroom will have water come out for a few seconds. (Room 102). Quite scary

No free parking. I paid RM 14 for 7hours when i park inside. Then have to park outside with no safety because im not going to pay for another 12hours parking fee!! Will not check in again next time if i need to bring car along

Hotel area very deserted as such difficult to get Grab. Hotel unit is very very cramp after putting a queen bed. Toilet very small 1 small round bar soap, one very small tube of shampoo, got hair dryer that's all. (Fyi no toothbrush or paste ok) Outside only 2 bottles of mineral water that's it. No kettle no coffee and also no cabinet and TV as well
Downstair only got one coffee house that's all and quite costly.l too.

Tune hotel quite strategic location. Clean room, friendly staff and affordable price 👍🏻 thanks to the staff for making my holiday smooth as butter

Just returned to my room 504 at 2.30am to find my room just as I left it in the morning.no clean sheets, no clean towels, soap,water etc. when I went down the reception to inform they said they are bringing and even that took a while I had to use the dirty ones. Why should this be case. How do things get done here?
