Clean, but I wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

It was clean. We want a clean room, bed, and bathroom. Hard wood floors instead of filthy carpet.

Cons:

The room was SO small. There was no room to walk around. If one person wanted to cross the room the other had to jump on a bed. The beds were very uncomfortable. A light foam mattress on a platform. No extra blankets in the room or on the bed. Heater did not work well and it was 15 degrees that night. Soda machine didn't work. Would have liked a microwave.
Coffee maker but no coffee. No paper or plastic cups. Ice bucket, but no working ice machine.

Great deal for the price, nothing bad, very clean, adequate.

Loved the reception guy... at 11 am Saturday
Shower was nice pressure.
Clean.
Everything seems new.

Cons:

The floor had no rugs and was cold to the bare feet.
The bath wall looked like something broke off and they threw a bunch of caulk at it. Awful.
No functioning toilet paper holder
The light was out on one side of the bed.
The light switch on entering did nothing so it was dark. Had to use phone light.
My friend said the bed sheet was not long enough for his 5'10 frame and his feet were on the scratchy mattress cover
