Tune Hotel - Waterfront Kuching

All good, will repeat. Also strategic location, just opposite waterfront. Worth the money. Really recommended for a budget hotel.

Had a pleasant stay. Good location and comfortable room. Surrounded by a lot of restaurant and convenience store. Smooth check in and check out process (they collect room deposit RM50). Not expecting much. What you pay is what you get

had a good stay here with tune hotel. the room is not quite big but for 1 person it's still comfortable. the service is good. they gave me early checkin because i arrived at the hotel quite early. and the location of the hotel it's near with everywhere. might stay here again if i come to kuching again.

My 2nd time staying here but this time for my solo trip. The hotel condition and services is better than what I experienced last year. From front desk to room attendance, they really did a good job this time especially when I need a direction and recommendation during my stay

Hotel location is the best. Hotel surround with coffee shop, kopitiam and convenience store which easy for traveler. Not much of amenities inside the room but worth the money and comfortable. Service was good but can improve for more better. Absolutely will stay here again for my next business trip.

Second time staying with Tune Kuching. My last stay was last year and decided to choose Tune Kuching again this year because it’s so convenience.
Once again, I’m impressed by their improvement with the room cleanliness and services. But one thing that really matters to me is their gold location.
Not much of commend, overall I’m satisfied and it’s “purse friendly”. Will stay here again if got another chance to visit Kuching again next year.

Cheapest hotel middle of the town. Not expecting more but very satisfied with their service. The room was okay but not much of amenities in the room. Overall, it’s okay for solo or couple to stay but not family because the room quite small. Would stay here again

What me and my friends love about this hotel is their location. The room quite small than we expected but quite reasonable for the price. Not much of ammenities inside the room but you can ask from housekeeping or front desk for something and they will give you if they provide it. Their service always humble and polite and it was so good. Absolutely will stay here again if get a chance in future.

First time staying at Tune Hotel. The room was okay and comfortable but less room ammenities like slipper and other toiletries. Service is quite good from housekeeper to front staff. Not recommended for who wants to bring 1 big family unless you book for more rooms. Will stay here again because of their location

Only problem was noise from neighbouring nightclub Jumanji which really cranks up the volume in the early hours until around 3am. Got woken up by this every night of the 5 nights we stopped there. Other than this issue the hotel is great for the money and is situated very centrally nrar to the waterfront, china town and little india oh also near to shopping mall

The room is smaller than we expected but it's comfy and clean. The service also fast make our check in and check out very easy. The room amenities only basic, need to request the hairdryer from counter is needed. Housekeeping need to request because they'll only come and clean if requested. So far it's been positive staying here and looking forward to stay here again.

Walking distance to alot of eatries and pubs.
On my arrival the lift was under maintenance and had no choice to walk up to my room inspite of having knee problem.

Location - located near and walking distance to city centre, Waterfront, Jalan Pandungan.
Services- staff were courteous, friendly and polite
Amenities - basic. when we were there, the lift was under repairs and hence room was near to the road and can be noisy at night.
Room size - was expecting the 3 beds size to be like in Tune Penang but was half the size and hence was cramped. Room was clean
Note - for those who require wheelchair or assistance, there is no lift. Will have to walk up and carry the luggages up the stairs to the reception from the entrance

First time been to Kuching Borneo and we glad that we choose Tune Hotel because their services is very fabulous! The receptionist is very approachable which makes our journey very easy. The room is quite small but cozy. Maybe need to improve on the amenities inside the room but so far the housekeeping is good. Absolutely worth the money since it’s a affordable hotel and NEAR TO TOWN!.

Second time staying here and me and my wife absolutely will always choose this hotel for short term stay. The reason why we keep choosing this hotel is because of their location and services. From front desk to room cleaner, they are good at communicating (even in Indonesian). The room was comfortable even small and a bit run down. Absolutely worth the money since we are not expecting any high expectation. For who looking for budget hotel and easy access, you may choose this hotel.

Room was comfortable and clean. Polite receptionist staff and good service. Choose Tune Hotel for my layover flight in Kuching. Easy to go everywhere because hotel located middle of Kuching and not far from the airport. Absolutely will stay here again for my Dec trip.

First time staying Tune Hotel and it’s been amazing. Even though it’s a small hotel but comfortable. I choose Tune Hotel because of their location and their affordable room price. Their staffs all friendly and easy to communicate with. Room service needs to request because they will not come into your room unless it’s requested by us. Had a problem with the aircond on the 1st night but front desk was kind enough to move us to another room. Absolutely will stay here again if I’m visiting to Kuching again in future.

I choose Tune Hotel because of the their location and the room. 2nd time staying with Tune Hotel and it’s been overwhelm because of their services. Even though hotel don’t have F&B, their receptionist was kind enough to explain the nearest restaurant and also the nearest laundry self service. The room was good and comfy but if they can provide more pillow in the room, it’ll be more great. You can request for extra pillow from the counter or housekeeping though without any charges. For check in and check out process, it was smooth. Also housekeeping service was okay (you need to inform counter if you want to clean up your room). Overall, this hotel is okay for solo and couple because their room is quite small. Will absolutely staying here again.

Walkable distance to many places of interest, the room is clean & comfortable. The only let down is the hotel don’t provide cashless transactions option
