Great hotel for pleasure beach or water park .
Pros:

The rooms were really spacious and had everything you would expect from a budget hotel. I was worried when we needed to put £60 damages deposit down as many noted not getting it back for silly reasons. We were spread across two rooms and got the full amount back. The towels are really soft and the staff very approachable , passionate and friendly .

Cons:

The hotel was hard to find in terms of signage we actually walked past it and noticed when we turned around the sign we could only see coming from pleasure beach end.
There’s obviously work going on and the outside area is home to some construction but we had no need to be sitting outside the hotel so it did not effect our stay .

Cons:

Firstly we expected a pool table and bar as advertised on booking .com but on arrival it was closed ,this was the reason we booked this hotel.
ALSO the lady was quite rude and talking about other guests to us which was very unproffessional in my opinion.
Our friends were next to us so we used our cups in their room on the check out process she came down and made a snyde comment about having to move the cups from their room in front of other guests
We wouldnt have used this hotel if we were aware there was no bar or pool table as this was a birthday celebration and its a false adverisement and not very happy about this at all

تاخرت 20 دقيقة على موعد الاستلام و اخذوا 20 باوند مقابل التاخير!سعر الغرفة 35 وعشان 20 دقيقه تاخير اخذوا فوق 60٪ من المبلغ الاساسي؟مب معقول ابد تعامل زباله لو متاخر ساعات كان تمام،،الدفايه جدًا ضعيفه حتى يوم قويتها للاخير كانت ضعيفه جدًا

Do not book. This place is closed and is a ploy and a scam.
Pros:

Nothing. Total scam. The hotel we booked was closed and we were redirected to another hotel down the road that was horrible compared to what we had booked.

Cons:

My 12 year old son and I had booked a night at South Beach Kings Promenade Hotel for the night of 19/2/26.
On arrival it was clear the hotel was closed.
This was despite us calling only 2 days prior to enquire about parking. Nothing about closure was mentioned then.
We called a number and were told to go instead to to down the road to a sister hotel.
On arrival, it was clear to see this hotel was not at all to the standard we had thought we were getting in the original hotel.
1. door handle was broken. When the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, we struggled to open the door. If this had been a real fire, this would have been a threat to life.
2. People were smoking drugs and were not challenged about this by staff. NOT acceptable when children are around.
3. When mentioned to reception they said that challenging anything would affect their mental health
4. Room was FILTHY. Furniture broken, stained bedding. Room was tiny, more like a cupboard!

Advertising stays at South Beach Kings Promenade Hotel is clearly a SCAM.

Booking.com need to investigate this and stop this listing.

A health and safety representative needs to urgently visit the premises as it is a danger to the public.

My son and I could not sleep as we. Were so uncomfortable and also the smell of drugs made us feel so unwell. We demand to be compensated for this horrendous experience. The worst place we have ever stayed.
