Congratulations to the staff for the warm welcome!🥰
Pros:

The staff's communication makes all the difference; there's a lovely lady named Sara who told us about places we could go.
We liked her suggestions and had great family outings.
When we got back from the beach, our son loved being in front of the hotel,with his ball and there was a male employee there who was playing with a soccer ball. 👏🏻🥰
Their attention was fantastic, and we would recommend them.🙌🏼👏🏻

Cons:

We stayed for 3 nights, Wednesday to Friday, and enjoyed Saturday. Every day we went to the hotel bar to see if it was open, but it wasn't. We were hoping to play pool as a family; there's a beautiful pool table inside, which we saw before booking, one of the reasons for choosing it.

The property was very clean , the staff was so friendly had no issue’s what so ever and the property is in a good location would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone

Liked the spot of the hotel, fairly clean

Cons:

Rude staff at reception, arguing and swearing with alot of attitude, we paid money to stay in the hotel but the lady was very rude wont be coming back to that hotel, bed was not made on any day, tea/coffee was not given everyday, other then that was fairly clean and spacious,

Front entrance very untidy carpet on stairs not good not nice smell in room locks on doors keep jamming
Bed was well worn intact worn out no option for breakfast had to go to a local cafe

Loved our family room with sea view, plenty of room for our family of 3.
Bed linen smelt lovely and fresh.
I liked that i was able to park on site.

Cons:

Location was good for pier with the fair, beach access and arcades but a little far to walk to get to the tower.

Perfect place for our needs.
Pros:

Outstanding value for money, super comfortable beds, amazing views and super friendly staff. 110 percent would book again! Yes they take a £60 cash deposit but surely if you are going on holiday then you can afford £60 as a deposit to take home again? We seen no issues with this at all. The location was great for us. We stayed in room 211 on 2nd floor with double bed and single bed and already looking at prices to book again. The sea view was just something else to watch the sunrise and sunsets was priceless.

Nothing we didn't like.

Very reasonable prices always lovely and clean and great staff especially the lady who’s there at day time who checks yo

Everything I always stay here been 5 times this year upto now. The lady is lovely who checks you in and out always has time to talk with you

Cons:

Only thing I have to say about my stay this time was the mattress on bed was so uncomfortable and my body was hurting from it, and that surprised me as I’ve stayed in this same room before an it’s never been a problem so not sure if the bed had a different mattress on from when I last stayed in it apart from that it’s perfect for us!
