Scaffolding outside & no parking.
The rooms were very clean and modern, personally it’s the best hotel we’ve stayed in Blackpool, the staff were very polite, chatty and easy to talk to, not to far from the South Pier, Pleasure Beach and Velvet Coaster, Wasn’t Loud considering we stayed in the sea view rooms, Overall it was a lovely hotel and a great atmosphere

Great location. Woman on reception was very friendly. The room was clean and had plenty of storage. We booked last minute so was good value for money.
The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, was like a dribble. The night we stayed was very windy and there was a draught coming from the windows. We did have the blinds closed but it was as if a window was open. There were 4 or 5 rooms all checking out at the same time and we had to wait about 10 mins to get the damage deposit back (understandably someone had to go check all the rooms). Would maybe be beneficial to have more than 1 person available at this time to ensure checking out can be quicker.
The room was very nice
The lady on the front desk was very aggressive we checked out 15 min minutes late and she came banging hell out of out door screaming demanding us to leave my partner closed the door and the staff member booted the door back open hitting my partner in the head, she then refused to return our £60 deposit

Where to start? The owner is awful. I stayed for one night in room 203 with my two young children, one disabled. Room was fine, no working wifi but not informed until queried. Returned in the evening around 9.30 with my children and got settled. Guests from nearby rooms returned around 10/11pm and were loud but no problem at this point! This changed in the early hours to guests who I found out in the morning where same family with several rooms arguing, shouting and loudly banging doors. They were also wandering the corridors chapping on doors and this continued for several hours. I tried to call down to reception several times to no avail and I also used the messaging service on booking.com to try and get assistance as I was worried about leaving my room and my children on their own. The attitude from manager has been awful when I messaged asking for a refund because I haven’t had sleep and didn’t have a pleasant stay. I haven’t kept all of his replies and will now go through booking.com and if necessary take it further as despite the room not costing a bomb his guests where unruly and scary and disturbing other people. Please avoid staying here as it was an absolute nightmare.
