Disappointed
Pros:

It was very well located, clean, friendly staff.

Cons:

The shower didn’t work at all. Very little water pressure in the shower, the water that did come out was piping hot. So impossible to shower at all. When we informed the owner she said that they weren’t able to fix it then.

Charme, Gemütlichkeit und freundliches Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr, sehr herzlich und um Hilfe bemüht. Das Frühstück wurde mit sichtbar viel Liebe gezaubert und war auch sehr lecker. Es war ein heißes Wochenende und im Familienzimmer unter dem Dach war es entsprechend schwierig. Es wurden 2 Ventilatoren zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, wie auch das ganze Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider war die Duscharmatur kaputt, das kalte Wasser ließ sich nicht aufdrehen. Auch der Fernseher war kaputt. Für den Hinweis wurde sich bedankt und uns wurde die Möglichkeit angeboten, im leeren Nachbarzimmer zu duschen. Auch bekamen wir einen kleinen Preisnachlass.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne noch mal kommen.
Pros:

Tolles Frühstück, toller Service. Lage ausgezeichnet. es gibt einen sehr schönen Hinterhof, der sehr liebevoll gestaltet ist. Die Zimmer haben uns gut gefallen.

Pros:

Prachtig romantische locatie op een hele mooie plek in de prachtige oude stad. Zeer vriendelijk en persoonlijk ontvangst van de eigenaresse. Wij zouden het iedereen aanraden en wij komen hier heel graag terug! Ook zeer schoon en een prachtige kamer.

Great price, great food. Hosts were really kind and helpful. Finding kind people in a magic medieval town is one of the best things that happened in our trip to Germany. Worth staying here.
