Needs a make over.
Pros:

The location was close to Terminal 21.

Cons:

It was old, the shower had no water pressure, we were given no information on how to order room service, with no understanding of how to order food or drinks at the pool. The pool is tiny, and the pool area is covered in fake grass, which gets extremely hot in the sun. The towels for the pool were old and scarce. I’m not sure why it’s been given a 4 star rating.

Una bella sorpresa. Io avevo una,superior. Camera spaziosa, curata,e pulita. La,struttura non è nuova ma sicuramente rinnovata e curata molto bene in tutto. Pulitissima ovunque La colazione è molto fornita con molta,scelta, che ho visto pochissime volte Seppur in soi 21 è un posto silenzioso e parcheggio privato

Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, ainsi que le 7-Eleven à 150mètre, c’est génial. Il y a également le métro à 10min à pied très pratique pour aller jusqu’à l’aéroport si on souhaite éviter les bouchons dans Bangkok.
L’ensemble du personnel très charmant et toujours disponible même toute la nuit.
Bouteilles d’eau dans le frigo dans la chambre tous les jours, ce qui est fort agréable.

Cons:

Il pourrait avoir davantage de prises de charge à mon sens et notamment de chaque côté du lit. Sinon RAS.

Gostaria de deixar um feedback sobre a minha estadia, especialmente em relação ao atendimento na recepção.

Fui recebida de forma que considerei pouco acolhedora e até indelicada. O recepcionista fez questão de enfatizar que, por se tratar de um quarto económico, eu ficaria no térreo e que não tinha café da manhã incluído. Essas informações já eram do meu conhecimento, pois fui eu mesma quem realizou a reserva, e a forma como foram comunicadas me fez sentir desconfortável e, sinceramente, diminuída.

Acredito que a forma de comunicar é tão importante quanto a informação em si. Em um hotel com padrão elevado, espera-se um atendimento mais sensível, respeitoso e elegante, independentemente do tipo de quarto escolhido.

Além disso, fiquei surpresa com a quantidade de avisos no quarto sobre penalizações por eventuais danos, incluindo valores detalhados. Nunca me deparei com esse tipo de abordagem, nem mesmo em hotéis de categorias superiores onde já me hospedei. Isso acabou por gerar uma sensação pouco acolhedora e excessivamente rígida.

De forma geral, foi uma experiência decepcionante em aspectos que vão além da estrutura física, principalmente no cuidado com o hóspede.

Espero sinceramente que este feedback seja considerado para melhorar a experiência de futuros clientes.

A great little hotel, with a great breakfast, great staff, and a convenient location!
Pros:

The breakfast is excellent, and very good value for money. Home-style cooking with several freshly cooked hot dishes every day. Good selection of fresh fruit too.
The staff - in the restaurant, at the front desk, and the housekeepers, are all friendly and efficient - great to deal with.

Gutes Hotel aber keine 4 Sterne
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, man ist schnell am Airport Express Link und an der MRT oder am Bootsanleger. Es gibt auch rundherum diverse Läden um sich selbst zuversiorgen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Die Ausstattung war zweckmäßig, toll war der große Kühlschrank. Das Frühstück war jetzt nicht auffälliges aber ausreichend. Man sollte wissen das man diverse Eierspeisen ordern kann und diese auch im Frühstück inbegriffen sind, dies wird aber nicht gut kommuniziert. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool unten. Auf dem Dach waren wir aus Zeitgründen nicht.

Cons:

Wir haben bereits einige Hotels in Bangkok erleben dürfen und im Vergleich war dieses keine 4 Sterne eher 3+ Sterne. Vielleicht wäre unsere Bewertung noch etwas besser ausgefallen wenn wir im anderen Gebäude untergebracht gewesen wären. Die Bilder zeigen anscheinend nur das neuere Gebäude. Das Zimmer war trotz des großen Fensters dunkel. Mit einigen hellen Akzenten würde es sicher heller wirken.

Good value in Bangkok
Pros:

Last minute reservation, because flight delayed by Gulf war. Usually, we get a larger studio. We stay there periodically for the last 3 years.
