Pros:

Breakfast was good, served until 1pm.
Bus stop to Palma outside the hotel.
Hotel was clean, but very basic. Lovely staff, smiling and helpful.
Shower super hot and excellent pressure.
Room was spacious and bed comfy, although on wheels lol.
Bike rental on site

Cons:

No parking. Not pleasant area.
Too many drunk guests making a lot of noise at night and early morning. No sound proofing so that was a lot of noise.
Terrible lighting in room, so bright and no option for soft night light.

Basically clean with no frills.
Pros:

Fairly central to the facilities. Staff happy.

Cons:

Basic room had no fridge. Had to upgrade to get one. No kettle, coffee making facilities, in room either.

Betten waren bequem, Taxi zum Flughafen wurde uns gerufen und war unkompliziert, 1 der Frauen an der Rezeption war freundlich und hat mit uns auf Englisch gesprochen, Frühstück bis 13:30

Cons:

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt leider eher enttäuschend. Ja, ich habe selbst das falsche Hotel gebucht, allerdings habe ich mich direkt nach der Buchung, etwa eine Stunde später (3 Monate im Voraus) gemeldet und erst Wochen später eine Antwort bekommen, natürlich negativ. Schnelle Kommunikation oder Kulanz sieht für mich anders aus.

Der Start vor Ort war auch nicht besser: Beim Check-in hat eine Mitarbeiterin praktisch nur auf Spanisch mit uns gesprochen, check in mussten wir selbstständig durchführen auf Spanisch per Bildschirm. Nach Check in wurden wir einfach nur verabschiedet, ohne uns zu sagen wo das Zimmer ist oder eine Zimmerkarte zu bekommen. Nach Rückfrage musste ich mir die Hotel App holen, um ins Zimmer zu kommen? Und dann hat das auch nicht wirklich funktioniert, ich stand immer mindestens 2 Minuten vor meinem Zimmer, bis ich mal rein konnte.

Die Klimaanlage machte, was sie wollte, der Fernseher gar nichts. Das Bad war nicht direkt schmutzig, wirkte aber durch alte Flecken (z. B. an der Klobrille) einfach ungepflegt. Dazu kommt die Tatsache, dass man für den Safe extra zahlen soll – habe ich so auch noch nicht erlebt. Auch wenn’s natürlich nicht teuer war. Dennoch unverständlich für mich.

Der Pool ist für ein solch großes Hotel bescheiden, und damit habe ich mich noch sehr nett ausgedrückt.

Das Frühstück war okay, aber geschmacklich nichts, worauf man sich freut.

Und als kleiner „Bonus“: Am Anreisetag war das gleiche Hotel auch noch rund 100 € günstiger, für den gleichen Zeitraum.

Insgesamt würde ich hier definitiv nicht nochmal buchen.

- Wir buchten ein Doppelzimmer und bekamen jedoch ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten
- Fotos beim buchen stimmen nicht überein mit den Zimmern!!!!
