Un séjour d'exception !
La villa est vraiment magnifique, tout comme la piscine qui est de très belle dimension. Tout est mis à disposition pour passer un excellent séjour. Que dire de l'accueil et du sourire du personnel, ils sont d'une grande disponibilité au moindre besoin. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, avec une mention spéciale pour l'équipe de salle et le chef qui se montrent extrêmement disponibles et attentionnés.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à Al Maaden Villa & Spa. La villa était magnifique, parfaitement entretenue, calme et très confortable. Le cadre est splendide, idéal pour se détendre et profiter de Marrakech.

Un immense merci au manager, Mustapha, qui a été tout simplement remarquable. Dès notre arrivée, il s’est occupé de nous avec beaucoup de professionnalisme, de gentillesse et d’attention. Toujours disponible, souriant et à l’écoute, il a fait en sorte que notre séjour soit parfait du début à la fin. Un service comme le sien fait vraiment la différence.

Merci également à toute l’équipe pour son accueil et son hospitalité. Nous repartons avec d’excellents souvenirs et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Nous recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés !

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à Marrakech et nous en gardons un très bon souvenir.

Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement l'ensemble du personnel, qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour si agréable : la personne à l'accueil, les femmes de ménage, le personnel du restaurant, celui du petit-déjeuner ainsi que le voiturier. Tout le monde a été souriant, attentionné et toujours prêt à nous aider.

Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, varié et de très bonne qualité, un vrai plaisir pour bien commencer la journée.

Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié notre villa avec sa piscine privée, totalement à l'abri des regards. C'était un véritable plus, qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de nos moments de détente en toute intimité.

Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour son accueil et son professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation.
