Awful. Staff need to understand customer service more. The hotel is in need of renovation. The food is mediocre.

Villas are spacious but in desperate need of repairs

Un séjour parfait dans le calme absolu on se sent tout de suite comme chez soi. La piscine privative est un vrai luxe, et la propreté est absolument impeccable. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable, toujours sympa et serviable. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, très varié et délicieux. Je reviendrai avec ma famille. Je recommande vivement!

la stanza puzzava di scarico di tubature. nonostante le dimensioni fossero generose, la struttura è vecchia ed evidentemente maltenuta. il cibo era veramente pessimo ed overpriced. ed in più alla fine della vacanza, mi hanno estorto una finta recensione, chiedendomi il telefono per "verificare una cosa sulla mia prenotazione" ed inserendosi da soli una recensione positiva.

Het was een fijn verblijf, maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar!
Pros:

De villa was ruim, comfortabel en er werd elke dag schoongemaakt.
De bediening tijdens het ontbijt was geweldig. Wat een gastvrije en lieve service kreeg een ieder.

Cons:

Het was afgelegen, saai en absoluut niks te doen in het resort.
De keuken was een groot drama met lekkages en een rare geur. Wij maakten er geen gebruik van. En dit was zonde want je betaald ervoor. Ook het water was ijskoud vh zwembad! In de bovenste kamer waren er ook lekkages en de badkuip was vies. Hier maakte wij ook geen gebruik van helaas.
