Categories

Cleanliness
8.5
Mostly praised as well maintained and calm, but a few reviewers noted cleanliness issues (WC brush, limescale in shower) and some wear in elements, so slightly reduced.
Service
9.6
Consistently excellent: multiple reviews thank staff by name (Mustapha, Mehdi), praise reception, housekeeping, restaurant and breakfast teams for friendliness, availability and professionalism.
Location
9.1
Location described positively (ideal, calm, good placement) and contributes to relaxation; no significant negatives mentioned.
Room Quality
9.1
Villas repeatedly described as magnificent, spacious and comfortable, with private pools; some reviewers noted aging elements and non-working TVs which slightly lower the score.
Amenities
8.6
Private pool and seclusion are strong positives, but reports of slow provision of sunbeds, limited kitchenware and some non-functioning TVs reduce the rating.
Value for Money
8.8
Generally considered good value by guests, though one comment about booking/tariff issues and occasional shortcomings in amenities temper this.
Food and Beverage
9.3
Breakfast is frequently described as excellent, copious and varied with praise for the team and chef; a small number of guests found the offering less generous.
Overall Experience
9.8
Overall sentiment is exceptional — many guests describe an outstanding or perfect stay and recommend returning; strong hospitality and villa quality drive a very high score.

Pros:

Comfortable, convernient and good value for the price.
Pros:

The property was spacious and accommodating for our family of 4. The pool and the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. The location is also convenient as it’s away from the busier centre which means you can get away from it all when needed.

Cons:

A couple of bits weren’t working eg one of the shower but the staff especially Yasin at reception were very helpful and always looking to attend to our needs. I’d also recommend some additional variety for breakfast.
