Fantastic stay. Great hotel staff.
Pros:

The accommodation was spacious and clean.

It was good value for money.

Cons:

The property is a little tired with old sliding doors that didn’t quite close.
We could have benefitted from extra sun loungers and soft chairs.
The communal areas could do with a tidy up and the main hotel pool having water in it.
None of those things spoilt our stay.

Pros:

les aspects positifs : - le personnel à l'écoute et très réactif (spécialement le personnel du buffet du petit déjeuner.
- Riad très spacieux situé dans un cadre calme et propice au repos.
- Riad très propre

Cons:

L'équipement commence à paraître ancien, ex : transat de piscine, frigo, clic clac du salon et rideaux.
Point essentiel : Il y avait énormément de moustique à l'intérieur du Riad. Il faut penser à un traitement

Une deuxième expérience tout simplement parfaite, comme toujours ❤️
Pros:

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne à Al Maaden Villa & Spa à Marrakech et une fois encore, tout a été absolument parfait.

La villa est magnifique, très spacieuse et fraichement rénovée avec goût. La terrasse avec piscine est tout simplement superbe : un véritable havre de paix où il est facile de se détendre et de se ressourcer.

Mais ce qui rend ce lieu réellement exceptionnel, c’est sans aucun doute le personnel. Toute l’équipe est aux petits soins, extrêmement réactive et offre un service irréprochable. Toujours souriants, professionnels et bienveillants, ils contribuent pleinement à rendre le séjour inoubliable.

Un immense merci à Hicham le Directeur qui est tout simplement incroyable. Son sens du service est remarquable et il fait de chaque demande une réalité. Merci également à Amine dont la gentillesse et le professionnalisme me touchent à chaque fois. C’était un vrai plaisir de le retrouver chaque matin pour le petit-déjeuner.

Je tiens aussi à remercier Mehdi pour son aide tout au long du séjour ainsi que Meriem du spa pour sa douceur et sa gentillesse que je remercie également car l’expérience du Hammam avec elle a tout simplement été formidable. Ce fut un véritable moment de détente, de bien-être, tellement apaisant et relaxant !

Ce séjour m’a permis de totalement décrocher du travail, de me reposer et de me sentir traitée comme une reine. Bravo à toute l’équipe !

Je ne peux que recommander cet établissement exceptionnel et j’ai déjà hâte d’y revenir !
