Al Maaden VillaHotel & Spa

The stay was amazing! Even after complaining the manager Mehdi and Hajar did everything they can to give us a great stay! The people are so kind and the villa’s are very specious especially if you have a large family.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Al Ma’din in Marrakech! We would like to sincerely thank the hotel director for ensuring such a welcoming experience, as well as Benani from guest relations and the girl at the reception for all their help and attention. A huge thanks to all the restaurant staff, especially the server Noureddine, for their excellent service, and to the girls at the spa for their professionalism and care. We also want to acknowledge the cleaning ladies, who were all friendly and made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything about this stay was excellent, and we truly appreciate the dedication and warmth of the entire staff!

We stayed at the 2 bed villa with not overlooked pool. Its a great place and we had lots of room. The pool was great and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast and restaurant had lovely food. Would recommend

Lovely large villas with pools, but the rooms needs updating and refurbishments, the kitchen cabinets were falling a part as was the bath. the pool was dirty,

It’s a nice vila but it’s rundown, not everything works perfectly but it works. The Moroccan hospitality is one of the best in the world no question, that’s what made the stay enjoyable. It needs lots of love.

I had a fantastic stay at Al Maaden. The villas were immaculate and well maintained. The food was really good and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay really enjoyable. We will definitely be returning in the future

We stayed in one of the villas which was huge, immaculate and had everything we needed for our golf holiday - next to Al Maaden and Royal Golf - any issues we had were sorted out immediately by reception and breakfast was perfect each day. 5 stars

A beautiful spacious villa in within a hotel setup. The two bedroom villa with pool is really spacious and includes all those comfort that we enjoy at home. The restaurant and all the staff around are always asking to help with a big smile in their face. This hotel is next to a golf club and have plenty of buggy to transport you around 😍😍

Peaceful atmosphere!

Wonderful family stay at El Maaden Villa Hotel. A team dedicated to your well being and happiness throughout your entire stay. Mr Bennani - guest relations- made it just exceptional by being so attentionate to our needs. Golfing was an exquisite experience. I highly recommend this place for a reset!!

It was a great experience-one of the best holiday stays we had!the customer service team was great with Mehdi as our advisor who looked after us superbly!The cleanliness ,facilities were all great-no complaints at all! Spa facilities were great value for money!

Too far to the city centre

Amazing

Nice property at 5km from Medina (Marrakech), but can use some works. Good thing was that they were doing it and I think there's big potential for the future, because villa's were very spacious and well equiped and prices are OK.
Service was very good and personnel is very friendly and helpfull and this from poolboy to roomcleaning and in the restaurant and at the counter. This was really a plus. Thank you for that.
Nice breakfast and possibility to eat in the villa with roomservice. Prices are OK and choice of food is OK. Only one restaurant on site (another at 1km (golf clubhouse (very nice)) and no shop available. A shop would be nice for buying some stuff for the villa. If you have a car, it's no problem (shops at 5km from the property.)
Pool was not heated, so we couldn't use it in this period of the year, but that's in most of the properties, so .... Weather was nice and a very spacious villa, so no worries.

Expedia advertises misleading info regarding this property: property rules and restrictions; there’s no social distance, floors and walls dirty, villa has sewage smell, tv doesn’t work, coach has dirty stains, kitchen has roaches, living room has AC control unit but no AC, units are not vacant 24 hrs. In between occupancy, sales mgr. Ibtisam and her deputy Bergach lack customer service and hospitality ethics, duty mgr. refused to let us check out even so paid his unapproved dues to let us leave without sending maid to count towels which is not listed on Expedia property rules and restrictions —- very very bad property to stay in
