Poor experience
Pros:

I paid for breakfaster but did not manage to 'book' a timeslot in the Hotel App, because it was not working. I assumed it would be no problem, but in the end it was not possible to get breakfast (which i paid for). Never experienced this before. A reimbursement would be kind (my bank details: GUILLAUME-SCHWOLLE

Cons:

La camera era soppalcata e le finestre affacciavano entrambe sul muro di un altro palazzo. Avrei gradito mi avessero avvisato perché viaggiavo con mia mamma non più giovane e fare le scale per raggiungere il letto non è stato per niente agevole.
