zentrale Lage in der Nähe der Champs Élysées und des Grand Palais; guter Ausgangspunkt für Besuche der bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten (Eiffelturm, Louvre, Viertel Saint-Germain & Marais, Notre Dame); ruhige Seitengasse; eher kleines, aber für einen kurzen Städtetrip ausreichend großes Zimmer mit Supermärkten in der Nähe (Restaurants direkt auf der Champs Élysées eher teuer, da gibt es südlich der Seine mehr Auswahl); aber sehr bemühtes Personal (sehr positiv hervorzuheben, stets zuvorkommend und freundlich!!) und kleiner Frühstücksraum im 1. Stock mit Kaffeemaschine und Tee

I have rated 10/10 but I would suggest the girl in the water machine area of the first floor to improve on being a bit more respectful to guests who don’t where to leave the glasses after using. More powerful hairdryer and make iron available

Очень понравился отель, замечательное месторасположение
Pros:

Очень понравился отель, чистые и хорошие номера, очень вежливый персонал. В номере есть все необходимое, кофе машина, вода. Большая ванная комната, именно душевая широкая. Отличное месторасположение в тихом и безопасном районе.

Мы бронировали 2 номера. Перед заездом за пару дней с нас списали 2 суммы по 166 евро. Ну ок, было указано что отель может снять деньги в любой момент до заселения. По приезду с нас взяли всю сумму проживания! Я спросил почему не вычли то, что уже сняли. Получил ответ - это депозит. Но в условиях проживания никакого депозита не было указано. Да и брать его не за что, минибара нет. Но это ещё полбеды. Через пару дней после заселения я решил проверить операции по карте и увидел что отель снял с карты ещё 183 Евро. Я пришел на ресепшен и спросил что это. Сначала товарищ упирался что они ничего не снимали. Когда я сказал что иду писать заявление в полицию, он сказал что это сняла система депозит. Тут уж я совсем возмутился и сказал вернуть немедленно весь депозит или я иду в полицию. После разговора на повышенных тонах они вернули все удержанные суммы. Похоже на мошенничество. Отель как место проживания неплохой, но рекомендовать я его не буду ни при каких обстоятельствах. Обман это очень плохо.

Lovely stay
Pros:

A lovely stay, I have stayed there 3 times, I’ll stay again for sure. In every stay I have seen the hotel is improving. The attention of all its personnel is kind and supportive, clearly paying attention to the small details, such as to have coffee, water and temperature condition of your room.
