Please be informed that the District Office, will carry out road improvement works on Sri Ayutthaya 12 Alley in front of True Siam Phayathai Hotel. for the installation of a drainage system.
The project will take place from 18 August to 15 November 2025, for approximately two months. Should there be any changes to the schedule, we will inform you accordingly.
While the hotel will remain accessible, please be aware that the alley may experience traffic delays. Occasionally, guests might need to park or be dropped off a short walk from the hotel.

Ottimo posto lontano dalla confusione
Pros:

Hotel molto bello, siamo stati in altri hotel della catena e sono tutti fantastici. Colazione ricca anche se la scelta occidentale potrebbe essere ampliata. Zona lontana dalla confusiine ma comodissima (10 min a piedi) alla fermata della bts per aeroporto e linea verde. Zona tranquilla

Pros:

The room is clean & spacious. Sheets are clean too & air conditioning very powerful after a hot day outside.

Cons:

Location is a bit out if you frequent pratunam or platinum. Have to grab as walking will be a bit far.

Pros:

A friend recommend me the hotel and it was god choice. Close to everything we needed during Songkran. Staff was really friendly & it was like 8-9 minutes from BTS. Room were big.

Cons:

Only the bed was a bid to hard for me.

Ja, war ziemlich gut. Zwar liegt es in einer Gasse, aber von Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis war ich sehr zufrieden.Das Frühstück war simpel aber gut und ausreichend.

Cons:

Also die Klimaanlage ist schon ein Problem. Zwar funktioniert die Klimaanlage, aber in meinem Fall könnte ich es nicht steuern bzw die Stärke einstellen. Und ja sie ist ziemlich laut. Die Betten when komfortabel aus, aber in meinem Fall war es sehr hart. Nicht falsch verstehen, im Großen und Ganzen bin ich zufrieden mit dem Hotel.

Tolle Unterkunft mit toller ruhiger Lage in Bangkok. 3 Minuten Fußweg zum 7-Eleven und 4 Minuten Fußweg zur BTS Station.
Pros:

Tolle Unterkunft mit schön großen Zimmern.

Cons:

Unsere Toilettenspülung hat nicht einwandfrei funktioniert. Aber damit kann man sich wirklich arrangieren.
