Pros:

It was close to everywhere we wanted to go -- very accessible. Staff was very friendly especially in accommodating the request for late check-in and early check-out. They promptly replied via whatsapp to all our inquiries.

Cons:

Rooms were kept clean and maintained for the most part. I noticed it was a bit dusty and it did trigger my allergies, but not so bad. Just hope that they can continue to maintain the cleanliness dust-wise next time :D

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Lage
Pros:

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft! Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, und das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns die Ruhe im Zimmer – trotz der belebten Umgebung war davon kaum etwas zu hören.

Cons:

Ein paar Dinge haben uns allerdings nicht ganz überzeugt: Im Zimmer hat es etwas feucht und klamm gerochen. Auch das Bett direkt auf dem Boden war für uns eher ungewohnt und dadurch nicht ganz so bequem – vielleicht liegt das aber auch einfach daran, dass wir als Europäer diese Art zu schlafen nicht gewohnt sind.

Die Klimaanlage war leider ebenfalls etwas schwierig einzustellen: Entweder war es zu warm oder viel zu kalt. Zudem war sie ziemlich laut, was gerade nachts störend sein konnte.

Gut Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Grosse Zimmer, die Betten sind jedoch ziemlich hart. Das Frühstück haben wir einmal genutzt. Kleines Buffet mit Luft nach oben.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Standard Zweibettzimmer (706). Im Zimmer hat es immer sehr stark gemüffelt. Das Fenster war in Richtung Hotelflur. Somit hatten wir kein Tageslicht, da wir den Nachtvorhang nie öffnen konnten. Als wir eincheckten hatte es überall fremde Frauenhaare. Wlan nur für 2 Geräte möglich.
