Please be informed that the District Office, will carry out road improvement works on Sri Ayutthaya 12 Alley in front of True Siam Phayathai Hotel. for the installation of a drainage system.
The project will take place from 18 August to 15 November 2025, for approximately two months. Should there be any changes to the schedule, we will inform you accordingly.
While the hotel will remain accessible, please be aware that the alley may experience traffic delays. Occasionally, guests might need to park or be dropped off a short walk from the hotel.

Nice stay
Pros:

Ready access to transport, shops and street food. Nice and helpful staff. Nice outdoor patio on level 5.

Hotel na zdjęciach wygląda na nowoczesny a w rzeczywistości jest stary. Pokoje w miarę czysty, pomijając bardzo brudne okna w dodatku nieszczelne. W pokoju było pełno komarów nie wiadomo czy z klimatyzacji czy z nieszczelnych okien. Woda pod prysznicem leciała na przemian zimna gorąca i tak w kółko... Panie na recepcji bardzo nie uprzejme i nie miłe. Śniadanie na zdjęciach a w rzeczywistości to 2 różne rzeczy. Opinie to chyba kupione lub podstawione bo ten hotel na pewno nie zasługuje na 8.8 oceny. Nie polecam

Bardzo dobre śniadania, duże i wygodne łóżka - chociaż poduszki do wymiany. Hotel bardzo ładny, miła obsługa i jest możliwość zarezerwowania prywatnego transportu na lotnisko w dobrej cenie.

Poduszki zużyte - spałam w 3 różnych pokojach i w każdym wygląda to podobnie.

Good, comfortable hotel in excellent location.
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Big room. Facilities in room; kettle, fridge, safe. Good location. Quiet street although roadworks happening just now making things a little inconvenient to get to the nearest street with restatants and 7 elevens. Very close to the airport link BTS, Phaya Thai.

Cons:

Room doesnt have a view. Looked straight onto another building, but thus is very common in Bangkok.
