Comfortable stay in beautifully decorated hotel
Pros:

Rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast delicious. Nice long swimming pool. Staff very friendly. Reasonably close to town.

Not very attentive staff in restaurant area. We had to ask to order every time

Most enjoyable
Pros:

I was very satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The friendliness of the staff was so much appreciated. The table service at the wedding reception was first class as was the food
I highly recommend this venue

Great local hotel, a few tweaks needed
Pros:

Family room was large with a double bed and two singles, didn't feel cramped. Swimming pool was nice but having to wear a swim cap was very strange and uncomfortable. Restaurant food was great, as was the made to order breakfast. Location was very good, close to a number of amenities such as a supermarket, coffee shop and sportswear stores.

Cons:

Rooms have no climate control and were very warm. A fan was provided thankfully but upgrades to aircon are needed! Staff in the bar seemed confused about how to make basic cocktails and despite ordering the same drink twice, it was presented differently both times. "Barista" coffee at breakfast was terrible! Coming from Australia I am not used to bad coffee.

Wonderful Family Stay with Exceptional Staff
Pros:

We have just returned home after a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel while attending a wedding on our first day.

We stayed as a family of four, and our room was excellent, with a double bed and two single beds. It was very spacious and perfect for our family.

The food was fabulous, the hotel itself was lovely, but what really made our stay special was the staff. Every member of staff we met was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to others.
