Blinds on windows where a bit worn out
The hotel was clean , nice gym etc but they only served food until 8:45 pm including room service so that was really inconvenient. The breakfast room was dark & small too. Staff v nice
Booked a last minute stay on Easter Sunday with my wife for one night with evening meal and breakfast. Went to the bar for the evening meal to find it was 3 courses. Each course could have been a meal in itself. The meal alone justified the price of the whole stay. The staff were the most efficient and friendly I've come across in a long time, maybe ever. After dinner we went into the town for a couple of hours and returned for some drinks in the bar. There was a very talented singer putting on entertainment and the bar was full with a lovely atmosphere. I couldn't say enough good things about this excellent spot and we will definitely be back. I should apologise for leaving it so long to leave this review.

Our wedding at the Cavan Crystal Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first planning meeting right through to the final moments of our special day, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care.
A huge part of this seamless experience was down to Jordan, our wedding coordinator. Jordan was incredibly attentive, organised, and reassuring throughout the entire process. No detail was overlooked, and every question or request we had was met with prompt and thoughtful responses. On the day itself, Jordan ensured everything ran perfectly, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy every moment without any stress.
The managing staff and wider team at the hotel also deserve special recognition. Their level of service was outstanding — friendly, efficient, and always going the extra mile to make sure both we and our guests felt welcome and well looked after. The meal service was flawless, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere created by the staff truly added to the magic of the day.
The venue itself is beautiful, with elegant surroundings that provided the perfect backdrop for both the ceremony and reception. Many of our guests commented on how impressed they were with the hotel, from the quality of the rooms to the overall experience.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such an important occasion. The Cavan Crystal Hotel, along with Jordan and the entire team, made our wedding day unforgettable. We would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a stress-free, well-organised, and truly special wedding experience.
Faultless….
We came back with our 6 year old daughter for our 1st anniversary after getting married here in 2025.
The staff welcomed us back and took the time out to reminisce and catch up as we finished of a stunning meal.
Always feel so welcome when we come here. We were even treated to some very exciting magic tricks from Eoin with dessert!
Top class food and drink for the adults, and our daughter could run off the ice cream out in the garden in the playground.
