Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

• The pet friendly service is limited to just one animal per apartment. Only small dogs and cats (weight up to 10 kg and/or height up to 16 in from paws to shoulders) from 4 months of age are allowed;

Pros:

Acomodações novas, conforto do apartamento, cama de casal grande com 6 bons travesseiros e roupa de cama de excelente qualidade.
Localização, bairro nobre e tranquilo.

Cons:

Quando da chegada, não prestaram qualquer auxílio para a retirada das malas do carro e para levá-las ao apartamento.
Recepção no balcão do check-in pouco amistosa.

Atendimento dos funcionários, a localização que é boa, fora isso não vale o preço que cobram.

Cons:

Me colocaram em um apto que não tinha interruptor para apagar as luzes, a única forma foi tirando o cartão do sensor e consequentemente fiquei sem ar condicionado
