Cons:

Encontrei a cama suja, com cabelos e pedaços de unha. Sinalizando que desde o último checkout até o meu check in, não foi feito a limpeza, o problema que só fui perceber no dia seguinte quando fui arrumar a minha cama, pois nem serviço de quarto foi feito durante o dia. Depois fiquei sabendo que eu precisaria "avisar" que precisaria pedir a limpeza. Nota zero.

A localização achei muito bom, tudo próximo café da manhã de bom de acordo com valor pago . Mas achei mau organizado não tinha toalhas demorou chegar, quarto bem antigo não tinha televisão nem ar quente . Enfim achei razoável

atendeu a necessidade de descanso por uma noite.

Localização e café da manhã.

Cons:

Quando na reserva consta que tem estacionamento, mas chegando no local soubemos que tem, mas são 5 vagas e que para conseguir estas vagas, precisaríamos de sorte.
Então a solução seria dar volta no quarteirão e deixar em um estacionamento conveniado.
Esta informação se mais especificada, não deixaria uma sensação de pegadinha.
