A moça da recepção foi desatenta no início. Eu cheguei ela ficou olhando e não falou nada até fiquei sem graça porque ela não me recepcionou. O quarto foi ok mas o cobertor tinha um rasgo. E o café da manhã poderia ser mais caprichado.

Eu já hospedei algumas vezes no hotel. Nunca houve tanto descaso como o dessa vez, quarto 408 pessimo, cheiro horrível de mofo e esgoto, nem janela aberta resolvia o mau cheiro, secador de cabelo não funcionou, foi oferecido um outro, fechaduras eletrônicas funcionam muito mal, muitas vezes não abriu, precisando descer até a portaria para codificar, mesmo estando dentro do hotel. Nenhum sai com a chave. Foram abusados qto ao desconforto e mau estar nesse quarto e nada foi feito, disseram que sabem desse problema. Não me ofereceram outra acomodações, sem dúvida alguma esse quarto deverá ser interditado, para que outros clientes do hotéis.com, não passem pela situação que passei com meu marido. Lamento por fazer tão crítico o comentário. Obrigada pela atenção.

Pros:

Adorei o hotel, o fato de ter o ar condicionado quente no quarto ajudou demais.
Chuveiro a gás tornou a estadia ainda mais prazerosa.
Café da manhã, básico mas super atendeu. Tudo muito fresquinho.
Recomendo o Hotel para quem estiver de viagem por Curitiba, com certeza ficaria novamente hospedado lá sem problemas.

O quarto estava incrivelmente sujo, certamente a pior experiência que eu ja tive em um hotel. Tufos de poeira se acumulavam sob a escrivaninha e a cama. A cabeceira estofada acumulava muita poeira e os dutos de ventilação do banheiro possuía acúmulos de poeira. A runite ataca e os olhos ardem ao entrar no quarto.

Hotel muito bonito, estilo antigo, muito confortável, bom café da manhã apesar de não ter nada de diferente de tantos outros, muito bem localizado, bem central com um comércio farto na volta, me senti bem seguro, no geral foi uma boa experiência.

Hotel na área central de Curitiba, o que me deixou um pouco apreensiva. Mas o serviço de valet funcionou muito bem, me senti segura ao estacionar em frente ao hotel e deixar o carro para ser guardado no estacionamento conveniado. O único porém é que o café da manhã inicia às sete e eu precisava sair justamente nesse horário. Então a refeição sempre foi muito corrida.
