According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

O café da manhã foi o que salvou a hospedagem, muito farto, com opções muito boas e a equipe gentil e cordial, o quarto deixa muito a desejar, o flap do ar condicionado estava quebrado, a descarga do vaso sanitário estava quebrada precisamos solicitar conserto, a limpeza do banheiro precisa ser mais cuidadosa encontramos chiclete colado no box do banheiro, a tomada da bancada não funcionava para ligar o laptop mas mesmo que funcionasse era impossível trabalhar dali e tanto eu como meu esposo estávamos trabalhando remotamente por dois dias - precisamos descer para as mesas do hall.
A localização é muito boa super proxima do shopping estação, próximo ao mercado público (cerca de 5 quadras mas dá pra ir caminhando).
Escrevi tudo acima na verdade, mas só faltou dizer que pedimos uma pizza no restaurante do hotel no domingo (frango com catupiry) provavelmente o frango estava précozido e congelado e somente o calor do forno não foi suficiente para aquecer então nos foi servida uma pizza com frango congelado mesmo :o( ou seja não foi possível comer, mas a outra metade que era de Portuguesa esta OK (nota 5) resumindo , não optem pela pizza do hotel melhor pedir um iFood.

Achei o café da manhã muito bom, com opções variadas .
Não gostei do serviço de estacionamento associado. Como cheguei depois das 21h não havia um funcionário do hotel para ajudar com orientação. O estacionamento fica ao lado do hotel, sendo necessário descer do carro para digitar código de acesso que abre a garagem deixando o hóspede exposto em termos de segurança . Na saída durante o dia existe um funcionário na portaria do estacionamento
