Please note that the pool will be closed for maintenance from the 27th of February 2023 until the 5th of March 2023. Thank you for your understanding.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of R$ 100 + 10% per pet, per night, applies. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos and only a maximum of 2 pets is allowed.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. Teve uma funcionária que foi solícita.

Cons:

Pedi na recepção um ferro de passar emprestado e o hotel não tinha. Pedi um guarda chuva, também não tinha.
Tivemos que mudar de quarto devido ao barulho do quarto ao lado.

Muy buen hotel para dormir y desayunar, pero no para estar ahi. Excelente ubicación.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente.
La atención del personal es maravillosa.
El desayuno es espléndido. Super variado, fresco y rico.
Las habitaciones están muy bien. Tal como se ven.
Con una bella vista. La ducha anda bien. El aire andaba perfecto.
La terraza es un lindo espacio para estirar las patas un ratito. La vista es un espectáculo.

Cons:

El WiFi solo anda en la recepción.
Ya en el primer piso no había señal, ni en ningún otro piso.
En las habitaciones, en distintos pisos, no había wifi, en la terraza tampoco.
Algunos de nosotros, extranjeros, no teníamos señal en la ciudad. Entonces contábamos con tener wifi en el hotel.
Llamamos varias veces y nos dijeron que lo iban a solucionar pero nunca sucedió.

El agua de la pileta estaba turbia. Algunas personas se metían igual pero no era para nada tentador.
No hay barra cerca de la terraza. Si querías reponer las bebidas, tenías que bajar montón de pisos, por el ascensor a recepción.
El salón de juegos estaba prácticamente abandonado. Un metegol destruido y una mesa de pool destruida.

A Sauna a vapor não funciona e a sauna seca só pode utilizar com horário marcado entre as 18:00 às 22:00.
Equipamentos da academia, velhos e com risco de acidente.
Se não for utilizar nada destas coisas. Bom apartamento!
