Pros:

You get, what you pay. It's cheaper that others accomodations around, but you can't expect brand new hotel. The amenities is old, but everything was clean. Apartments are very big. You will find a lot of mosquitoes in the area, but that is nothing unusal in Italy. Also ants are even in the house, but they disapear during the night. Swimming pool is also very clean and big enough. You can buy small snacks next to the pool. City is reachable only by car.
