Pros:

Achei o hotel incrível, o quarto é bem espaçoso, com cozinha completa. As dependências do hotel são bem silenciosas, piscina e sauna agradáveis. Tem uma lavanderia self-service, lugar para passar roupas. A localização é ótima, próximo à mercados, restaurantes, farmácias, shoppings e inclusive próximo ao Museu Ferroviário, rua das Flores e rua 24 horas.

Cons:

Do mal cheiro que saía do banheiro. Não tinha selante vedando a base do vaso sanitário com o chão, por isso sempre sentíamos um desagradável. O jeito foi deixar as janelas sempre abertas e jogar muito desodorante em volta do vaso.

Da equipe, do tamanho do quarto e do banheiro, da localização, da vista e do café da manhã.

Cons:

O quarto q ficamos tem dois ambientes, porém o ar condicionado não foi suficiente para resfriar os dois (mesmo com a porta aberta e o ar bem gelado, no 17°c) e ficou bem desconfortável para todos. Muito frio p um lado e quente p o outro. O sofá cama é muito ruim (duro e barulhento). A ducha é muito curta, nos obriga a tomar banho bem pertinho da parede, achamos desconfortável. O rejunte da sauna úmida estava sujo, a escada da piscina folgada e a água fria.
