Everything was top notch! From the food, which was really fresh, to the desert, which was too. The room was extremely cleaned.
The restaurant could use another AC because the airflow wasn’t at all in some of the places. The same goes on the hallways at each floor and on the elevator.

Relativ kleines Stadthotel in guter Lage.
Zimmer und Bad modern und sauber, recht großer Balkon. Eine kleine Reparatur an der Duschstange wurde umgehend erledigt.
Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und fleißig.
Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker.
Wir waren nur für 2 Nächte dort, werden aber definitiv wiederkommen!

The hotel is new, modern, and beautifully designed. Everything inside looks fresh and well-maintained. The food was delicious and varied — both main dishes, salads, and desserts were great. Some evenings they even served ice cream, which was a nice touch.
The atmosphere by the pool was also very pleasant — a nice place to relax with tea or a drink. The hotel itself felt spacious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with regular housekeeping. I especially liked our balcony, where we could enjoy the view of the city life below.
The staff were friendly and always willing to help, and the lobby area was beautiful and welcoming. Occasionally, there were live music performances in the evenings, which created a lovely atmosphere.
Overall, it’s a beautiful, new, and comfortable hotel, with great food and friendly service.
We stayed at this hotel as a big family group — six people in total: my husband and I, my sister and her husband, and our parents. Since we hadn’t seen each other for more than three years, we were extremely happy to spend time together, and in that sense, this hotel stay brought us a lot of warm memories.
However, there was one very unpleasant situation — all of us, absolutely everyone in the family, got food poisoning. We all had the same symptoms: vomiting, diarrhea, and loss of appetite. It was especially stressful for me because I’m pregnant, and I even had to go to the emergency room for IV fluids due to dehydration. Since we only ate food from the hotel restaurant, it’s quite clear that the issue came from there.
Another downside was the distance from the sea. Although there was a shuttle service, it wasn’t very convenient to depend on it all the time — especially in September, when it didn’t run very often.
Отдыхаем не первый раз.Отличный отель по соотношению ценам качество. Очень приятный персонал, особенно хочу выделить Хилолу всегда поможет, объяснит, если есть какие вопроосы. Питание отличное нет перебора,но то что есть свежее и вкусное. Каждый раз свежие фрукты хорошо вымытые и свежие. Вообщем кто думает сюда ехать, если вам хочется спокойного отдыха ,без всяких там излишеств. Вам сюда однозначно.

Relativement bien situé, navettes pour la plage bien organisées, personnel agréable et très à l'écoute, cuisine assez variée et de qualité.
Combinaison fortuite de chambres peu insonorisées (du moins au 1er étage) et de clients très irrespectueux. On a été fort dérangés par les bruits, conversations et disputes en pleine nuit, avec, semble-t-il, des personnes externes à l'établissement qu'ils sont parvenus à inviter dans leur chambre.
Pessoas muito simpáticas e generosas. Comida saborosa e diversificada e adaptada a vegetarianos

Отель отличается отличным сервисом и внимательным, по-настоящему клиентоориентированным персоналом. Всегда приветливые сотрудники на ресепшене, отзывчивые официанты и бармены, хорошее и разнообразное питание, чистота в номерах и на территории — всё это создаёт очень комфортную атмосферу отдыха.
Хотелось бы лишь отметить пару моментов, которые, возможно, стоит улучшить:
Повар на гриле иногда пересушивает мясо и рыбу — если бы блюда были чуть сочнее, кухня была бы просто идеальной.
Горничные на 8-м этаже часто убирают в часы дневного отдыха, громко разговаривают между собой и включают музыку — хотелось бы немного больше тишины в это время.
В остальном — отель, как всегда, на высоте! Спасибо всей команде Ramira Joy за уют, заботу и отличное настроение. Обязательно вернёмся снова!
