Pros:

Eigenlijk alles, al het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk, de kamers schoon, een lekker bed, en geweldig ontbijt met echt goede koffie. De spa is een aanrader. De tuin heerlijk om te zitten. De biriayni is super smaakvol.
Kortom eentje om te onthouden.

Lakeside Heaven
Pros:

It is a great hotel in an excellent location. There are bikes on rent on the same street a bit further down towards Halan Chowk for anyone who plans to be independent of taxis.
The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is lavish and offers versatile options. Service is brilliant. Special thanks to Kiran, who was very attentive and helpful. There is a spa offering various massages. I didn't try, but I heard it was professional.

Cons:

The only thing worth fixing is having a rubber floor wiper in the bathroom so you can wipe the floor after taking a shower!
The cleaning staff does a good job. However, you want to be able to have your partner enjoy his shower as well without stepping into a wet room.

Super Lage, direkt im Zentrum und alles in Fussnähe, sehr sauber, gutes Wifi, sehr nettes Personal, gutes Gym, guter Spa Bereich, super Frühstück und gute Organisation von Transport und Tours. Perfekt, danke!

Great location
Very friendly and attentive staff
Has a pool and a gym, and also had discounts on the spa.
Room was very spacious.
You can leave your luggage if you are going on a trek which is great.

We stayed twice, once before and once after our trek.
The first room had a rock hard mattress and the shower sprayed all over the bathroom floor.
The 2nd room was much nicer, softer bed and a glass wall to contain the shower water.

Positif : le petit-déjeuner est assez diversifié / le cadre luxuriant avec la cour / avec ascenseur / assez bien décoré même si quelques plantes à l'intérieur n'aurait pas juré avec l'extérieur / la literie est bonne / la chambre spacieuse

Cons:

Le siège des toilettes est assez vieux / le coffre ne fermait pas : un employé a essayé pendant une heure de le réparer avant que je lui demande de bien vouloir m'en apporter un autre et de réparer celui cassé ailleurs que dans la chambre / l'entrée remplie de motos qui pétaradent tôt le matin / les chiens qui aboient la nuit (mais l'hôtel n'a pas de brigade canine, je le reconnais)

Hotel cómodo, pero que debería mejorar sus instalaciones

Bastante céntrico y la amabilidad del personal

Cons:

El gimnasio no está muy limpio. Especialmente las colchonetas.
La habitación justa, baño viejo. En las fotos parece todo mucho más amplio de lo que realmente es

Pros:

We loved the service and how helpful and attentive the staff was. Definitely stands out from similar hotels. We waited for our laundry 20 minutes more than they had communicated and immediately were served free tea to make up for it. Great staff training and just overall very nice vibes, clean and comfy.
