Der Spa war super, die Angestellten waren sehr sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend und das Zimmer und der Pool haben uns sehr gefallen!
Ich empfehle die nepalesische Massage und den das Deluxe Zimmer :)

An amazing experience
Pros:

Incredible stay. The highlight of my trip! Absolutely wonderful hotel and spa. Incredibly welcoming and accomodating staff. Beautiful rooms, pool, gym, and food. Spa treatments were AMAZING. Highly recommend this stay!

Two things absolutely stand out. The staff and the cleanliness.
The staff hospitality staff are just so lovely, welcoming respectful and always trying to give great service. They are shy and definitely warm to you. Then the smiles and humor are lovely. The pkace is kept spotless!!!!
And from management to the cleaners. Great customer service.
Ps the garden and pool with the fountain are so relaxing after a busy day.
At a very good price point for the comfort and service

Cons:

Nothing. The hot water can be a tad touchy. But be patient. Its gets there....

Quel séjour agréable !
Pros:

La localisation de l’hôtel, le confort, l’équipement et la propreté de la chambre spacieuse étaient parfaits. Le jardin, la fontaine et la piscine sont un havre de paix, tout comme le spa ! La carte du restaurant est complète et les plats très frais.
Un grand merci à l’ensemble du personnel (absolument adorable et professionnel) d’avoir rendu notre séjour aussi agréable à Pokhara.

Cons:

Des voisins de chambre bruyants la nuit : visiblement des voyageurs irrespectueux et mal-éduqués…

Pros:

All the staff is v much welcoming and looking seriously for their customers satisfaction. The manager mr Puran have 16 years in hotel management experience from Dubai and do its best to satisfy clients needs. The hotel does have its own, v good restaurant, swimming poop, spa and massages, trip and transportation services at very reasonable price
All in all i would rate them at 4,5 stars level in boutique hotels category
Really hot water and good internet available
