Comfortable & Relaxing Stay at Near the Train Station. I Never Forget the Smiles & Kindness Here.
Pros:

- More than anything else, staffs here, especially young staffs at front desk and room service, gives me kind help with bright smiles whenever I communicate. It was so impressive for me that I never forget :)
- Hotel is not that very new but kept CLEAN.
- At the table in the room, there is a universal type of electricity sockets. Additionally, hotel staff kindly borrowed me a converter for universal type.
- There is a convenience store which opens 24/7 just within 1 min., so there was no problem for buying foods or beverages.
- Location is "okay", Yogyakarta train station is approx 10~15 mins walk. Malioboro street is within 10 mins walk. Many of the souvenir stores there sells by tourist price, so just watching is enough though.
- Wi-Fi was working smoothly.

Cons:

- Shower operability was not that good. In addition, the structure of shower booth let water easily comes out.
- I also want shower booth offers Shampoo and Body soap separately rather than multiple liquid type.
- As I mentioned above, location is "okay" - not "convenient for downtown sightseeing", since the access to tourist spot in the city centre from here is not that convenient. Keraton is not close, but there are no bus routes available nearby.

Pros:

Хороший отель, расположенный в 10 минутах ходьбы от железнодорожного вокзала. Если нет тяжелых чемоданов, то это самый быстрый и простой способ туда добраться. До улицы Малиоборо идти пешком минут 5. На этой улице индонезийцы гуляют, поют и танцуют. Выступают уличные музыканты, много магазинов, очень колоритная и приятная атмосфера. Такая же атмосфера и в самом отеле. Приветливый персонал. Завтрак на уровне, можно попросить приготовить яйца, и есть кофе с молоком. Номер достаточно просторный, современно и со вкусом оформленный. Кондиционер, душевая, стабильный интернет, удобная кровать - все на уровне. Удобное рабочее место. Для фотографа большим преимуществом является руфтоп - можно сделать фотографии Джокьякарты с углом обзора примерно 250 градусов. А равнодушные к фотографии там же могут искупаться в бассейне. Большим преимуществом является наличие холодильника, что для Индонезии в отелях подобного класса почему-то редкость. А вот чтобы купить в Джокьякарте пивка вам придется поломать голову, но не расстраивайтесь - места есть, нужно их знать. Что касается посещения Боробудура и Прамбанана - данная гостиница вполне подходит для размещения, кстати до Боробудура ходит дешевый и комфортный шаттл от здания Банка Индонезии (15 мин. пешком), а до Прамбанана можно недорого добраться и на такси.

Cons:

Разве что вид из окна во внутренний двор и окна соседнего корпуса был довольно унылый, в остальном все было хорошо.

Pleasant and comfortable stay
Pros:

We stayed there for 3 days with breakfast included. The room was clean and spacious. The rain shower, provision of drinking water facilities, and laundry services were good. The big bed is comfy and exceeded our expectations. The famous Malioboro street can be reached within a 7 to 10-minute walk.

Cons:

Breakfast can have a little more variety and be replenished as soon as possible.

Value for money and breakfast meals are plenty
Pros:

Well planned foods of indonesian local meals and tasteful.
Could put in a few more healthful items like cheese & yogurt .
Local fruits could be improved with more varieties, like salak and avocado etc

Cons:

Need two sets of slippers in room, face towels .The hotel carpet floorings do need sanitary cleaning , mainly due to unplesant smell or odour.

Muy linda la habitacion y bien equipada , buen desayuno y mejor ubicacion a metros calle principal
