Pros:

We like the location because it is very near Malioboro where all the shopping and eating stalls are located. The buffet breakfast is also excellent. Rooms are always immaculately clean with fresh towels and toiletries. And most of all, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Plus, there's a travel tour office where you can book your tours and arrange your airport transfer.

Pros:

Everything except the breakfast

Cons:

Limited breakfast, due to Ramadan. You would expect an international hotel to have all the facilities available no matter of religious beliefs.

An amazing stay with outstanding service and the best location in Jogja!
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect, right next to Malioboro Mall and within walking distance to many attractions and food spots. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing — extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They made our stay smooth and stress-free. The check-in process was fast and efficient.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing major. Everything met our expectations.

Comfortable & Relaxing Stay at Near the Train Station. I Never Forget the Smiles & Kindness Here.
Pros:

- More than anything else, staffs here, especially young staffs at front desk and room service, gives me kind help with bright smiles whenever I communicate. It was so impressive for me that I never forget :)
- Hotel is not that very new but kept CLEAN.
- At the table in the room, there is a universal type of electricity sockets. Additionally, hotel staff kindly borrowed me a converter for universal type.
- There is a convenience store which opens 24/7 just within 1 min., so there was no problem for buying foods or beverages.
- Location is "okay", Yogyakarta train station is approx 10~15 mins walk. Malioboro street is within 10 mins walk. Many of the souvenir stores there sells by tourist price, so just watching is enough though.
- Wi-Fi was working smoothly.

Cons:

- Shower operability was not that good. In addition, the structure of shower booth let water easily comes out.
- I also want shower booth offers Shampoo and Body soap separately rather than multiple liquid type.
- As I mentioned above, location is "okay" - not "convenient for downtown sightseeing", since the access to tourist spot in the city centre from here is not that convenient. Keraton is not close, but there are no bus routes available nearby.
