Nice staff and helpful

Loved this hotel. Comfortable, clean rooms in the heart of a beautiful french town. The staff and facilities are really good. The breakfast was lovely.

Séjour rapide à l’hôtel ( 1 nuit ). Très bon accueil, personnel aimable.
Petit déjeuner parfait.
Petit bémol sur l’emplacement de notre chambre ( numéro 7 ), elle se trouvait juste au dessus de la porte d’entrée de l’hôtel.
À chaque fois que les clients sortaient du restaurant, la porte claquait et faisait énormément de bruit.

On entering our room, one of the curtains was hanging off the runner. We booked a family room with a queen bed to sleep 4.When I made the reservation I made it quite clear it was for 3 adults and the booking was accepted.
However, they brought in a cot (fold up bed) being the third bed which when my son sat on, collapsed. There were slats missing. When reported to reception was told it was for a child. They knew we had a party of 3 adults and charged a supplement of 15 euros night for the third person, even though I paid for a family room. I asked them to separate the queen bed and with the single bed gave us the number of beds we needed, and booked for. We were up in the eaves, the carpet needed cleaning, no smoke alarm in the room, no fan or window in the bathroom. Only two sets of towels and repeatedly had to ask for the third set. Then to cap it all after paying the bill received a message that they had debited a further amount on my friends card, who did not give authority to do so. I had to give card details when I booked. I paid my bill with cash. The message said there was a problem with my bill, not that they had made an error.

Arrivée à l’hôtel lundi remise des clefs. Mais pas de bars ni de restaurant avant mardi soir, sans petit déjeuner très succinct mardi matin. Nous aurions aimé être prévenus.

Staff were great, room was good. Hotel was having a small renovation, guessing why the cost was what it was. Great location

Très bel hôtel, bien placé avec son restaurant. Notre chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Les enfants ont également apprécié.
Nous avions une des chambres au-dessus du restaurant. Même si le bruit est atténué, cela reste bruyant.
Il n'y a pas de parking à l'hôtel. Il est donc nécessaire de se garer dans la rue. Nous avons trouvé des places sans problème à proximité et la ville est sûre.
Excellent accueil, nous reviendrons très certainement si de nouveau dans la région.

Pour une nuit, c'est correct.
Il faut se garer dans la rue. Pas de parking privé.
Attention, petite marche entre chambre et espace salle de bain-toilettes.

Hôtel sympa ! Chambre propre,personnel au top ,merci pour la gentillesse de l'employée pour notre petit dej.
Seul bémol ,la vue extérieure de la chambre 😔.

Vi havde 1 overnatning og var heldig at få bord i restauranten. Vi spiste ude i hyggelige omgivelser og maden var udmærket.
Morgenmaden var også fin og super betjening overalt på hotellet.
Vi parkerede lige rundt om hjørnet på en offentlig gratis parkering.
Vi anbefaler hotellet.

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel très accueillant et serviable, propreté impeccable.

Pas de dosette de café dans les chambres Réception jamais personne et personnel froid .Pas de téléphone pour appeler la réception .

Excellent séjour avec une équipe très serviable !
