Comodo, amplio y con un personal super amable
Pros:

Es un hotel muy bonito y tranquilo, con una piscina pequeña, pero tienes la oportunidad de usar la de su hotel hermano que tiene una vista espectacular de la ciudad, el personal del hotel es muy amable y siempre están ayudándote con lo que necesites, inicialmente nos quedaríamos tres días y ya alargamos al estancia dos veces, camas cómodas y el AC muy bien, hay un bufete en el hotel hermano muy bueno

Todo esta muy bien, no hay ruido y estamos en una zona muy céntrica

Great location great price
Pros:

Great property great location friendly staff but definitely get a room with breakfast included you go round the corner to their sister hotel on the 13th floor. Great views of the city service is good. Food is excellent.

Cons:

Don’t really like their brand of coffee in the room

Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant, réactif et serviable.
Le réceptionniste du soir nous a conseillé des restaurants cambodgiens qui étaient excellents.
Le petit déjeuner était copieux et suffisamment de choix pour les occidentaux et les asiatiques
L'hôtel est bien situé proche du palais royal et autres sites touristiques, il est très calme, propre, la chambre twin et la literie était très bien.
Le rapport qualité prix est excellent.

C'est mon troisième séjour chez king grand boutique et c'est de mieux en mieux à chaque fois.

Merci nous avons adoré notre séjour 🙏🙂

Great location comfortable & very reasonably priced!
Pros:

I stayed at The King Grand for 3 nightd in March 2026.

I booked a basic double room with air conditioning which had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The shower was powerful enough, warm and the bed comfortable.

They served a buffet breakfast between 6-10am which was great & at $6 was good value.

All the staff were friendly, always smiling, and very helpful in arranging transport and trips.

Overall, I would certainly recommend the hotel if you are looking for somewhere in a central location, which is comfortable, relaxing, and great value.

Cons:

I was up on the 8th floor & the lift only goes up to the 7th floor, so you had to take the stairs the rest of the way, which seemed a bit temporary & narrow.

No restaurant or rooftop pool
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The shower in the room was perfect. The wifi is good enough for working online and video meetings.

Cons:

I booked this hotel because online it says it has a rooftop pool and a restaurant. The rooftop pool was out of operation and there is no restaurant or bar in operation. If I'd known this before I booked I would have booked a different hotel that actually has the facilities it states. Instead we were directed to a hotel 5 minutes walk in the street behind to use the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar there. The pool downstairs needs a proper clean, my kids and other guests complained it had a strange and unpleasant smell. The pool downstairs is out of bounds after 6pm which again is disappointing especially after a long journey and arriving at 7pm..No pool, no bar, no food!

It was good and homely. Could have been cleaner and can do better job with maintenance
Pros:

Location was great. Everything was nearby. Staffs were exceptionally friendly. Bed was comfortable! Upgraded my stay to premier deluxe for free due to some technical difficulties.

Cons:

The first I got deluxe room which has 2 beds. 1 queen size and 1 single bed since I stayed there with my mum and my sister. Room was big enough. But the aircon was very far from the sleeping area and was not strong. It was so hot that we had to ask for a change of room.

2nd room, premier deluxe room, was so so too. Toilet was always flooded. The soap smelled funky. Faulty telephone cabinet which was always opening by itself (Some lock issue). The toilet lock was faulty too.

Both room’s tv was super small. For the size of the room and it wasnt smart TV. (I know its not super impt but i would have preferred that)

2 swimming pools. But both were super small. The one at the roof top looked nothing like the photo.
