It was good and homely. Could have been cleaner and can do better job with maintenance
Pros:

Location was great. Everything was nearby. Staffs were exceptionally friendly. Bed was comfortable! Upgraded my stay to premier deluxe for free due to some technical difficulties.

Cons:

The first I got deluxe room which has 2 beds. 1 queen size and 1 single bed since I stayed there with my mum and my sister. Room was big enough. But the aircon was very far from the sleeping area and was not strong. It was so hot that we had to ask for a change of room.

2nd room, premier deluxe room, was so so too. Toilet was always flooded. The soap smelled funky. Faulty telephone cabinet which was always opening by itself (Some lock issue). The toilet lock was faulty too.

Both room’s tv was super small. For the size of the room and it wasnt smart TV. (I know its not super impt but i would have preferred that)

2 swimming pools. But both were super small. The one at the roof top looked nothing like the photo.

Great location and great value for money but dont expect a hot shower
Pros:

The Breakfast was excellent with all the variety of a big hotel but in minature. The room was very dated but great value at the price and the small pool was welcome after a hot day visiting city sites. Very well located, walking distance to the royal palace and river front. The staff were very welcoming and helpful

Cons:

The room was OK but dated and the water was tepid, however, given the weather this was fine.

Basic but is ok for a short stay.
Pros:

The staff are all friendly and polite. Very clean hotel. Wifi is free and good quality.

Cons:

The restaurant, bar, rooftop pool are closed, the pool downstairs is out of bounds after 6pm and needs cleaning more regularly as there's a strange smell to it. The AC units in the rooms need servicing due to lack of power to cool the rooms. The room was quite small and smelt a little off. The fridge doesn't stay cold once you leave the room. The windows in the room need cleaning as there is lots of bird poop on them.

Stay here! Nice people, easy to get anywhere!
Pros:

It’s central, the employees are beyond nice. The breakfast was good. Having a small pool at the hotel was exactly what we wanted. You can go, for free, to a very fancy hotel a few blocks away and chill. We did. It was awesome. We stayed in the “newer” part of the building and heard that bigger rooms in the “older” part weren’t as nice, but I don’t know for sure. Oh and the Indian place across the street is delish!!!

La posizione è ottima. Il personale super gentile. La piscina è piccola ma piacevole e oltretutto al piano terra con ombra. La colazione è abbondante. Ci tornerò all’ultimo giorno del viaggio.
