Okay, good untuk short stay at KL
Pros:

Breakfast and cafe kat bawah is good!
Staff very helpful kalau ada apa apa soalan.

Cons:

Aircond kurang sikit kuat, suhu dah 18 tapi tak berapa sejuk. Maybe boleh service lagi.
Untuk facilities yang lain okay. Just toilet tiada paip, maybe concept no bidet kot. Kalau ada paip okay lah kita kan orang Malaysia 😂😂

Overall the stay was good and worth the price.
Pros:

Excellent location, near to city and transport. 24hrs hot water supply.

Cons:

There’s alot of mildew found on the bed sheets. But i think is because there’s no window in that room.

Pros:

Receptionist Sean was the best as if I came to his home not working place. Always helpful, smiling and very hard working.

Cons:

The noise is unbearable especially during Eid celebration with non stop fireworks till morning and motorbikes at 3am!

Soundproofing is next to none and my room was right next to the road, with mat rempits on their shitty modified motorbikes revving their engines and causing chaos until 5am. I was told by the hotel that the noise outside is completely of their control — but I think there are things that ARE within their control and that is soundproofing the rooms.

I ended up checking after a night because I couldn’t bear spending another night through that

Cons:

I have a problem with toilet. The is no bidet or hose. need to reach shower head for cleaning. Shower head also a lil bit leaking.
