It is a good hotel, but has too many stairs
Pros:

The hotel staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and it was sufficient for the one-night I was booked for. And I also enjoyed the water pressure from the shower; the temperature was perfect too :)

Cons:

The hotel has a lot of stairs and they don't escort you to your room with your luggage. It took me time to locate my room and it was annoying as I was climbing up and down many stairs with my luggage. I was glad I'm not wheelchair bound because this hotel doesn't cater to the differently abled.

Pros:

My favourite hotel for business. Quiet and comfortable with a fantastic location. The value far exceeds to the price.

The amazing staff at Falstaff 💯🥰
Pros:

Great peaceful place to stay ! Clean , great location and awesome customer service. All the staff are friendly and helpful,on arrival I was met by a sweet lady named Nokwanda , she was so welcoming & professional, she made sure I arrived safely that night and helped me settle into my room, she arranged my trips for me with ease , the hotel shuttle guys were fast and efficient. A gentleman by the name of Choice organised my daily meals , which was delicious . I have extended my stay , had a great experience overall. The manager Barbara arranged a beautiful fruit platter to be sent to my room, thank you so much guys … Highly recommended !!!
