El personal muy atento, limpieza
No tienen un estacionamiento grande y nos preocupa el carro su seguridad, tenemos que regresar temprano para encontrar lugar en el hotel
La habitación estaba limpia, el desayuno estaba muy bien, la habitación contaba con smart tv con buena conexión a Internet, excelente ubicación a unos pasos del acuario y con vista al mar
Esta enfrete de una playa, la habitacion que me toco tenia balcon con vista a la av principal y a la playa. Lapiscina muy limpia y con bonita vista.
No esta tan cerca del malecon como para irte caminando.
Mi estancia en el hotel fue muy agradable. La habitación es cómoda y limpia, ideal para descansar después de un día de actividades. Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas y son adecuadas, lo que hace que la estancia sea aún más placentera. La alberca es muy buena, perfecta para relajarse. Además, la ubicación es excelente, ya que permite desplazarse fácilmente a diferentes puntos de interés. Sin duda, es un lugar recomendable para hospedarse.
Como punto a mejorar, durante la noche se escuchaba mucho ruido en el techo por el aire acondicionado, lo que en ocasiones dificultó descansar completamente.
La limpieza de todo el hotel y la atención de su personal
El confort de la habitación, el servicio fue amable y la alberca está en buenas condiciones, todo el personal te apoya, conocemos este hotel desde hace un tiempo y en todo ese tiempo se ha mantenido la amabilidad del servicio y el confort de llegar a un hotel a descansar.
Las instalaciones con el tiempo ya se deterioraron, en la alberca había un espacio sin tapon por lo que podria ser peligroso, nos tocó un servicio de habitación que no tendio bien la cama y no se barrió, solo fue una noche, antes con cualquier reservacion incluia el desayuno gratis, ahora se debe seleccionar.
