This is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Not only was it beautiful. The whole entire staff in this hotel is amazing. It's like a little family. They made me feel like it was home. I was going to a loss and I bad time and they made my experience more than welcoming. The manager is an exceptional leader, her team, and this whole staff in this hotel exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anybody. Great people. Genuine service and a great experience for anybody that wants to stay there even if it's for a day. Thank you Hilton Gardens I really appreciate everything you did for me and Yuki. You made me feel like home at your hotel something I have never experienced in many hotels .Thank you
There was nothing
I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
During my stay, someone broke into my vehicle in the hotel parking area and attempted to steal it. The thieves smashed my window, opened up the dashboard wiring, and caused significant damage while trying to start the vehicle. This was an incredibly stressful experience and completely ruined my trip.
To make matters worse, the room had maintenance issues. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the coffee machine was also broken.
I understand that hotels cannot control every criminal act, but guest safety should be a priority. Given what happened to my vehicle and the condition of the room, I cannot recommend staying here.
Please do not stay here if you value your safety, security, and peace of mind. My vehicle was damaged and nearly stolen while parked at this property. I will never stay here again.
