Alles! Ein sehr sauberes gepflegtes Hotel.
Die Betten waren unglaublich bequem.

Perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Pros:

The online check-in was great. The option to pick up the key contactlessly was a really good idea. The room was nice and clean, and the location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Definitely a great choice when staying in Hamburg.

Cons:

The only thing missing was a shoehorn.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung topp leider mit Abzügen wie oben erwähnt
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind schon und modern eingerichtet

Cons:

Als wir ankamen und das Zimmer bezogen hatten wurde erst die Minibar mit aufgefüllt und dies obwohl wir uns am ausruhen waren. Des weitern finden wir die Idee mit der Reinigung der Zimmer erst nach Wunsch sehr gut, nur sollte es dann wenn es gewünscht wird auch gereinigt werden. dies klappte leider nicht. Es wurde nichts über einen eine Sauna berichtet noch gab es Bademäntel dazu.
