Das freundlichste Personal, das mir jemals begegnet ist.
Pros:

Uns sind im Hotel nur freundliche Mitarbeitende begegnet. Wir konnten deutlich vor der Check-In Zeit bereits in unser Zimmer. Das Frühstück war top mit einer tollen, qualitativ hochwertigen Auswahl.

Pros:

The location is great, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

Cons:

While the property is well-maintained, it lacks the 'wow factor' expected at this price point. The rooms are clean but lean towards a minimalist, dated aesthetic rather than modern comfort. A particular disappointment was the gym, which is essentially a cramped room with limited equipment. It was an okay stay, but having experienced much better value elsewhere in Hamburg.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr sauberes und gemütliches Zimmer in der Nähe vom Jungfernstieg. Personal unglaublich nett.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist vielleicht nicht auf dem alleraktuellsten Stand. Das ist aber wirklich das einzig "negative", was man anmerken kann.

Sehr schönes Hotel zum Wohlfühlen!

Wie immer, sehr freundliches Personal. Top Lage. Tolles Ambiente und sehr schönes Hotel.

Cons:

Die tägliche Müllabfuhr am Emporio Tower in den sehr frühen Morgenstunden mit reichlich Geräuschkulisse.

Pros:

Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Alles was man braucht für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Es war der Geburtstag von meiner Mutter - zum Frühstück wurde ein Tisch gedeckt und eine kleine Süßigkeit mit Gruß aufs Zimmer gestellt.

Zum Übernachten sehr gut.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels kam uns sehr gelegen. Wir hatten auch eine schöne Aussicht auf das Verkehrstreiben in der Stadt. Außerdem war es unser erstes Hotel, in dem das TV-Gerät auf Anhieb und ohne Komplikationen funktionierte.
Sehr schön war auch das Badezimmer in dem es an nichts fehlte. Duschbad, Conditioner, Handseife - alles da. Und im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Häusern gab es auch ausreichend Licht am Spiegel, sodass Rasieren oder Schminken keine
Abenteuer darstellten.

Cons:

Wir hatten uns eigentlich auf ein schönes Frühstück gefreut. Bei Kosten von ca 26 EUR pro Person, welche auch erst nach der Buchung sichtbar wurden, haben wir aber spontan Abstand genommen. Außerdem war unser Zimmer extrem hellhörig. Ausschlafen war leider nicht möglich. Punkt 7 Uhr startete der Telefonwecker eines Gastes über uns und heulte genau bis 7:20 Uhr. Dann ging nebenan wahrscheinlich ein Telefonweckruf des Hotels los und wurde ebenfalls nicht quittiert, weil niemand mehr im Zimmer wahr. Und persönlich hat uns sehr eine Koffer-Bank gefehlt.
