Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Schönes helles und sauberes Zimmer. SEHR gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Wasserdruck war zum Waschen langer Haare zu niedrig / ungeeignet. Bett bzw. Matratze war mir zu weich (subjektiv).

resepsiyondaki Barbara Hanım çok nazikti.

Cons:

manzaralı oda rezerve etmiştim ama manzara çok kötüydü, görünen sadece binalar vardı. oda yeterince ısınmıyordu ve buna çözüm üretmek konusunda otel çok yetersiz. bu otel gördüğüm en yetersiz kahvaltılardan birine sahip, belki de en kötü kahvaltı bu otelde, nerdeyse yiyecek bir şey bulamadım. konumu merkeze çok uzak değil ama kesinlikle konum açısından avantajlı bir yerde de değil, konumunı da sevmedim. tamamen vasat bir konaklama geçirdim

Perfekt für ein kurzes Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Alster, Oper, Speicherstadt, Hafen, Hauptbahnhof, alles per Fuß erreichbar.
Das Hotel ist modern und sauber. Die Zimmer sind nicht gerade riesig, aber gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Ein schönes Bad.
