Extrem freundliche Begrüßung, ungefragt sehr hilfreiche Infos über Hamburg und passende Aktivitäten in der Umgebung bekommen, schönes Hotel, tolle Lage, hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffett (auch glutenfreie Ecke), kinderfreundlich, Kinderecke im Frühstücksraum und kleiner Spielplatz vor der Tür
