pagando circa 200 euro per notte avrei apprezzato la colazione inclusa, come su hotel della stessa catena che ho scelto in finlandia. poi una postazione PC per clienti avrebbe anche potuto starci

Modernes Stadthotel mit sehr engagierten Mitarbeitern
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral in der Hamburger Innenstadt gelegen und ideal für Unternehmungen in der schönen Hansestadt.
Schon an der Rezeption waren äußerst freundliche Mitarbeiter - besonders hervorzuheben ist Barbara!
Die Zimmer sind groß, freundlich eingerichtet und die Betten sehr bequem.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage/Zwangsbelüftung in den Zimmern ist recht kühl eingestellt und das Summen nachts etwas störend.
Das Frühstück gibt es innerhalb der Woche nur bis 10:00 Uhr, weshalb wir dies nicht genutzt haben und nicht bewerten können.

Etwas unter dem Durchschnitt
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut – in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Kongresshalle und zum Park.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist nicht besonders komfortabel gestaltet. Da es ziemlich warm war, fand ich es ungünstig, dass man die Belüftung nicht selbst einstellen konnte.

Auch das Badezimmer ist etwas unpraktisch gestaltet, zum Beispiel die Duschkabinentür, die sich nach aussen öffnet. Wenn vor der Tür ein Handtuch liegt, wird dieses nass. Zudem vermitteln die offenen Schränke einen eher unordentlichen Eindruck. Beim Einkauf im Shop unten gab es ebenfalls eine Unklarheit: Einmal musste ich für eine Club Mate kein Pfand bezahlen, beim nächsten Mal wurden jedoch 15 Cents Pfand verrechnet. Als Begründung wurde genannt, dass man in Deutschland Pfand bezahlen müsse.

Da ich für Club Mate bisher noch nie gehört hatte, dass Pfand erhoben wird, fand ich diese unterschiedliche Handhabung etwas irritierend. Auch wenn es sich um eine interne Regelung handelt, sollte diese immer einheitlich angewendet und kommuniziert werden.

Frühstück war für uns def. das Highlight es war unfassbar lecker. Zimmer super sauber und auch das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Licht im Zimmer. Es fehlt eine grosse Lampe. Es war sehr dunkel
