According to Rede Slaviero's Group Policy, reservations from 06 apartments will be considered as group reservations, and different payment conditions may apply, namely:
1. The total advance payment may be requested by the Hotel, within a period of up to 30 days prior to the group's accommodations;
2. If payment is not made according to the deadline informed by the Hotel, the accommodations reservations may be canceled or still remain subject to hotel availability on the check-in date (no guarantee).
• You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• For accommodations of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age unaccompanied or traveling with other representatives, written authorization is required with the signature of the parents and notarized.
• For accommodations of minors under 18 (eighteen) accompanied by parents, paternity must be verified through the General Registry (RG) or birth certificate.
• The Child and Adolescent Statute (Law nº 8.069/90) differentiates between authorization for travel and authorization for accommodations. Depending on the circumstances, to travel, the minor does not need authorization, or a general authorization can be granted, inserted in the passport. But this travel authorization does not replace the authorization to stay. The minor must necessarily be accompanied by at least one of the parents/legal representative or, if alone or accompanied by third parties, necessarily with a specific authorization mentioning who is authorized to accompany the minor, period of accommodations and name of the hotel, authorization signed recognized.
• Failure to meet the conditions above makes it impossible to carry out and carry out the check-in, with no compensation for losses eventually generated. The penalty will be applied according to the cancelation/no-show policy for the period.
• The electronic invoice must be requested directly from the unit's reception by phone or email.

Quarto família espaçoso e bom para quem viaja com crianças. Cafe da manha ok.
A iluminação do hotel é péssima. Luzes brancas devem ser usadas em hospitais e farmacias, e não em hoteis. O ambiente fica frio. Esperava mais da licalização, pelas notas. E a cama do casal é velha e barulhenta. O banheiro é muito antigo. Enfim, hotel velho e que deve ser renovado. Um dos dias nao arrumaram o nosso quarto. E qndo foram arrumar, no meio da tarde, não queríamos mais. Estávamos cansados.
Hotel bem localizado e quarto espaçoso e limpo!
Barulho durante s noite! De manhã vi que haviam vários hóspedes que eram de uma mesma empresa! Eram muito barulhentos!! Eu estava de férias hospedada com o meu marido! De manhã iríamos continuar a viagem para passar a semana em BC! Levantamos cansados!! Café da manhã também com poucas opções e lotado com estas pessoas que fizeram barulho a noite!
Ótima localização, quarto corner master muito bonito, espaçoso e aconchegante. Café da manhã diverso. Ao lado do shopping, mercado e drogaria. Me hospedaria novamente com certeza.

A única coisa que senti falta, foi quando chegamos no hotel, não tinha uma pessoa para pegar nossas malas. Mas nada que desabone o hotel, pelo contrário, voltaremos com certeza.

El hotel presenta una ubicación excelente: A solo unos pasos de un centro comercial (en el que se encuentra una gran variedad de restaurantes y tiendas), de un supermercado y de la parada de buses de la línea turística de Curitiba. También se localiza a una distancia muy razonable del centro de la ciudad.
El desayuno es estupendo. En mi opinión imperdible.
Ofrece el servicio tradicional de lavandería pero, alternativamente, también la posibilidad de realizarlo uno mismo en un conveniente centro de lavado a un precio muy cómodo.
