According to Rede Slaviero's Group Policy, reservations from 06 apartments will be considered as group reservations, and different payment conditions may apply, namely:
1. The total advance payment may be requested by the Hotel, within a period of up to 30 days prior to the group's accommodations;
2. If payment is not made according to the deadline informed by the Hotel, the accommodations reservations may be canceled or still remain subject to hotel availability on the check-in date (no guarantee).
• You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• For accommodations of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age unaccompanied or traveling with other representatives, written authorization is required with the signature of the parents and notarized.
• For accommodations of minors under 18 (eighteen) accompanied by parents, paternity must be verified through the General Registry (RG) or birth certificate.
• The Child and Adolescent Statute (Law nº 8.069/90) differentiates between authorization for travel and authorization for accommodations. Depending on the circumstances, to travel, the minor does not need authorization, or a general authorization can be granted, inserted in the passport. But this travel authorization does not replace the authorization to stay. The minor must necessarily be accompanied by at least one of the parents/legal representative or, if alone or accompanied by third parties, necessarily with a specific authorization mentioning who is authorized to accompany the minor, period of accommodations and name of the hotel, authorization signed recognized.
• Failure to meet the conditions above makes it impossible to carry out and carry out the check-in, with no compensation for losses eventually generated. The penalty will be applied according to the cancelation/no-show policy for the period.
• The electronic invoice must be requested directly from the unit's reception by phone or email.

equipe fantástica, café da manhã excelente: omelete deles é fantástico, localização muito boa e acomodação muito boa, eu já tinha me hospedado a uns 20 anos atrás e a qualidade ainda se mantém.
Porta de acesso ao quarto que estava emperrando um pouco, mas nada que atrapalhasse minha experiência na hospedagem.
A equipe do hotel foi super prestativa e atendeu todas as demandas de maneira gentil e eficiente fazendo toda a diferença na estadia. O hotel fica ao lado do Shopping Estação e com um supermercado Festval do outro lado da rua. A lavanderia compartilhada também foi bastante útil.
O único ponto negativo, apesar de pouco relevante, era de que o quarto não possuía um espelho de corpo inteiro.
Локация в центре, всё рядом, в номере есть ванна с гидромассажем и горячая вода (не проточный нагреватель). Пол деревянный (ламинат), очернь кстати, когда на улице 11 C градусов. Завтрак понравился, всё чисто. Номер просторный, вид из окна хороший.
Нет гигиенического душа у унитаза или хотя бы ёршика. На потолке в ванной видны следы плесени. Окно только в спальне, входная комната с окном, которое выходит в коридор (напомнило Backrooms). Если приехали на машине - парковка платная (35 реалов), ключи берёт сотрудник и паркует её сам, при выезде выкатывает машину обратно и отдаёт ключи.

Tivemos muito problema para conseguir encontrar o hotel, pois todas as ruas estão em obra e os aplicativos de mapa não estão atualizados para te mandar até a recepção

Penso que no banheiro poderia ter uma barra para dar mais sustentação na hora do banho e ter ducha higiênica.
Funcionários educados e prestativos, café da manhã bom e a localização excelente
mofos no banheiro, ar condicionado e camas quebradas, para um hotel 4 estrelas tem muita coisa a melhorar, tanto na limpeza como na manutenção dos quartos

No servía el.conteol del clima. No había plancha, tiene un costo extra
Os funcionários super atenciosos conosco e nossa nenem, a comida muito boa (tanto no café da manha quanto os pedidos que fizemos a noite no restaurante) e o quarto extremamente confortável e amplo.
A cortina do quarto podia ter um black-out melhor, a luminosidade da rua acabava entrando no quarto e pra gente que gosta de dormir no escuro absoluto, acabava incomodando um pouco.
Café da manhã bom, localização boa para os destinos próximos a pé, proximidade com o mercado e shopping ajudam na alimentação variada. Parada de embarque e desembarque na frente do hotel ajuda na comodidade.
Tv poderia ser melhor pois é um pouco antiga e tem a imagem ruim, detalhes no acabamento construtivo do quarto deixam a desejar (azulejos, rejuntes, pintura).
