Pros:

Чисто, зручно, все необхідне є в номері. Смачні сніданки. Уважний персонал.

Cons:

В деяких номерах делюкс дуже вузькі двохспальні ліжка.

Я вперше зупинилася в цьому готелі і враження залишилися максимально позитивні - починаючи від моменту заселення і аж до виїзду.

Персонал тут чудовий, окремо хочу відзначити дівчат на рецепції - завжди приємні в спілкуванні та уважні. Також видно роботу покоївок, у номері ідеальна чистота, все доглянуте і акуратне.

Сподобалося, що є всі необхідні дрібниці, про які інколи забувають в інших готелях. Дуже порадувало, що на рецепції можна придбати продукцію власного виробництва - брала варення, воно справді дуже смачне, і ще звернула увагу на доглядову косметику, також власного виробництва. Сніданки в готелі надзвичайно смачні та різноманітні- за це окрема відзнака!

Залишилася тут вперше, але тепер точно знаю, що це не останній раз.

Розташування, комфорт, гарна і смачна кухня

Cons:

Одна з панянок на рецепції під час спілкування просто розвернулася і пішла залицятися до якогось співробітника. Ні тобі перепрошую, ні слів почекайте! Для мене це було несподівано і образливо

Прекрасний готель в центрі міста, гарний вид, зручні кімнати, смачний сніданок. пішки дійшла з вокзалу, поруч Меморіальний сквер

Чудове розташування, чистий номер.

Cons:

Маленьке ліжко, як на 2ох та відповідно одіяло, як на 1.5 людини) Сніданок, судячи з відгуків мав бути дуже різноманітний, то я б такого не сказала, але обрали.

Дуже гарне розташування . Самий центр.

Cons:

Готель доволі давній, в номерах мало світла , деякі меблі вже б бажали заміни. І в коридорах ковролін дуже «пахне». Але чиста постіль, ліжка нові, рушники чисті. Загалом дуже чисто.
