هذه المره الثانيه اللتي اختار فيها الاقامه بفندق مكارم اجياد مكه وفي كل مره ازداد اصرار علي ان يكون الزيارة لآخري لأداء العمرة سوف يكون فندق مكارم اجياد الخيار الأول
اولا: نظافة الغرف وخدمة الغرف ترقي الي فندق سبعة نجوم سرعة الاستجابه لأي طلب لا توجد في أي فندق آخر اشكر القائمين علي هذه الخدمة وعلي رأسهم أستاذ رياض شكراً جزيلاً عل جعل الاقامه جميلة وقمه في الراحه
ثانيا: خدمه الاستقبال اشكر استاذ حسام شكراً جزيلاً علي تيسير إجراءت الدخول والسماحه وحسن التعامل في كل مره يتصادف وحده سرعه في الأداء وفخامة في التعامل

الموقع قريب جداا من الحرم ومن برج الساعه وبرج الصفوه
وسهوله وصول اوبر او أي توصيل الي المدخل الرئيسي للفندق ، سهوله استخدام المصاعد قبل مواعيد الصلوات

Pros:

The location is 200 meters from main gate of haram. The mosque in hotel is at the direction of حرم and we can see the حرم from the glass windows.
The receptionist Mr Abdullah is a young enthusiastic friendly person who speaks English fluently and he gave us the room in same floor where the mosque is situated. Moreover he added a complimentary breakfast for us as well. Thank you dear Abdullah.
