Everything was perfect as all Giardino Hotels
If you want downtown St Moritz this is not for you. Location is amazing though, close to the Survretta Hotel and a few minutes by car from the centre in a charming and super nice part of town

I took suit with view it was lovely

-no available table in the room ? How we can eat this was very weird I ordered room service food I was confused where to eat as no table
-I booked skiing trip through the concierge originally in the official website for Suvretta snow sports price was only 47 CHF for whole day
The lady on the phone of this company charge me 240 CHF for 2 hours only it means 5 times the price and rather than this charging me extra for the skiing instruments almost 100 CHF also she asked me about my credit card details which is not professional as it’s confidential for my safety, may be you should consider better way to book trip through your hotel
