4 stelle? Pensavo meglio
Pros:

Posizione ottima.
Camera piccola ma con tutto il necessario.

Cons:

Viene dichiarato un quattro stelle ma non saprei proprio il perché, non ne ha neanche l’ombra. Personale non troppo cordiale. Deposito bagagli dopo il check out ad un prezzo esorbitante.

Prima di prenotare chiedete informazioni se si trova nel seminterrato la stanza !

Ho soggiornato per due notti presso questa struttura e l’unica cosa positiva é stata la posizione perfetta …dietro la metro e 10 min a piedi dal cuore di nothing hill e portobello road.

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura prenotando un monolocale “superior”, ma purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative.

Al momento della prenotazione non era indicato che l’appartamento si trovasse al seminterrato, informazione che riteniamo importante e che avrebbe influenzato la nostra scelta. Per questo motivo abbiamo chiesto alla reception la possibilità di cambiare stanza, ma dopo una prima risposta non abbiamo più ricevuto alcun aggiornamento.

Inoltre, la finestra della camera era bloccata e non si poteva aprire, rendendo difficile il ricambio d’aria, cosa piuttosto sgradevole soprattutto in un ambiente già al piano interrato.

Anche la pulizia lasciava a desiderare: abbiamo riscontrato presenza di polvere sia sul pavimento che sulle lenzuola.

Nel complesso, avremmo apprezzato maggiore attenzione sia nella comunicazione che nella qualità della stanza, soprattutto considerando la tipologia di alloggio prenotata.

Kleine kitchenette, fris geschilderde kamer, metro in de buurt, bagage opslag gratis bij aankomst. Afwasproduct en doekje aanwezig.

Cons:

‘s ochtends vroeg brandalarm zonder communicatie vanuit de accommodatie. Er ontbrak een onderdeel van de koffiemachine zodat die niet gebruikt kon worden. Lavabo badkamer is extreem klein.

Posizione ottima a due passi dalla metro e a due passi c'è Hyde Park.

Cons:

Camera pagata oltre 200 ed era veramente piccolissima nonostante era Elitè. Abbiamo dormito in un buco per 3 persone e il bagno era estremamente minuscolo. Le lenzuola al check in presentavano dei peli e la prima mattina del soggiorno, alle 7, l'allarme ha iniziato a suonare per un bel po' di tempo insistentemente come se avessero sganciato una bomba.
