Clean property in good location, would not return due to noise inside and outside the property
Pros:

Excellent location, close to 2 tube stations and Kensington gardens. Plenty of on road parking if required. Elevator available for higher floors

Cons:

Check in & out in a completely different building, no on site staff available. Very thin walls and floor, can hear every noise from other rooms including footsteps and showers. Very thing windows so unable to sleep due to road noise

Good location! Check-in counter is at a different building within the same area, which they mentioned after booking, but check-out is done in the same building of your room so it's hassle free on check-out day.

Even though we good a room in the basement the room was very clean and nice just it is a little bit to noisy

Amazing, clean, great value, spacious
Pros:

Everything was perfect, it was spacious, clean, great location, beds were comfy. Honestly just amazing value for money too! Will most definitely be my go to to stay here when visiting London

The only thing I would say is the balcony needed a clean down

Pros:

Location, value for money, close to underground, shops & Hyde Park.

Cons:

Exhuberant cost to store luggage prior & after stay & being maximum of 2 hours. Have never been charged for this service ever.

Disappointed with the service given re baggage
Pros:

Great location
Fridge, nice kitchen

Cons:

Had to go to another property to get access
Floor was sloping in room. Very tight fit. No towel hooks even to hang towels
Couldn’t leave bags. Had to pay $90 at train station despite them having 5 properties

Ausência de checkin no local.. necessário caminhar na rua até outra recepção cerca de 300 m de distância. Para checkin in e checkout… cobrança para deixar as malas após checkout mesmo até 2 horas.

Great location

Cons:

A small thing about going to reception at no.66. I walked past 66 to number 11-13 not realising I had to go back to a reception, not a big deal but in 32degress it did make me a bit sweaty. Maybe this should be stated when booking, to save all the walking. Nothing but 5* just a miner detail.
