Overall, it was ok. Still needs some improvement.
Pros:

The location is very convenient to the tube station and a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. I give a 10/10 for the location.

Cons:

I stayed on the 4th floor and the elevator stops on the 3rd floor. It was hard to go through the steps with my heavy luggage. You also have to request a day before if you want a a full room cleaning . You could also hear the noise on the next room. Very strict with check in time, they don’t let you check in early. They should at least be flexible especially if the room is already ready to be occupied.

Great location for public transport, but poor services in terms of room cleaning and support.
Pros:

Very handy location, close to Underground and other transport

Cons:

Poor facility management including minimal room service, a cold shower one morning, ran out of toilet paper and no nearby Reception staff.

Centrally Located Value Accommodation
Pros:

Great location, in terms of access to everywhere (walking distance to Hyde Park, Oxford St , Soho, Leicester Sq, Westminster etc) and excellent value for money. The accommodation was spotless and very well equipped. Check-in & out was super easy .

Buena estancia. Excelente ubicación y complejo limpio. Aunque habitaciones muy pequeñas.

Lo mejor del alojamiento es su ubicación. El complejo es limpio, cuidado, moderno y confortable.

Cons:

La habitación que ocupé con mi familia de tres personas tenía una ventana que daba directamente a una pared, al estar situada en una planta subterránea. Además, el aislamiento de la ventana era deficiente y entraba frío. La habitación era muy pequeña y estaba muy mal insonorizada de las habitaciones contiguas. El armario apenas tenía capacidad, por lo que tuvimos que mantener prácticamente todo el equipaje en el suelo durante toda la estancia. Aunque disponía de cocina, no había una mesa donde poder desayunar cómodamente.

Estudio completo para desayunar y cenar después de un largo día.
El personal muy amable. Recepción en el 66-64 MSK Residence.
