According to Rede Slaviero's Group Policy, reservations from 06 apartments will be considered as group reservations, and different payment conditions may apply, namely:
1. The total advance payment may be requested by the Hotel, within a period of up to 30 days prior to the group's accommodations;
2. If payment is not made according to the deadline informed by the Hotel, the accommodations reservations may be canceled or still remain subject to hotel availability on the check-in date (no guarantee).

• You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

• For accommodations of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age unaccompanied or traveling with other representatives, written authorization is required with the signature of the parents and notarized.
• For accommodations of minors under 18 (eighteen) accompanied by parents, paternity must be verified through the General Registry (RG) or birth certificate.

• The Child and Adolescent Statute (Law nº 8.069/90) differentiates between authorization for travel and authorization for accommodations. Depending on the circumstances, the minor does not need authorization to travel, or a general authorization may be granted, inserted in the passport. But this travel authorization does not replace the authorization to stay. The minor must necessarily be accompanied by at least one of the parents/legal representative or, if alone or accompanied by third parties, necessarily with a specific authorization mentioning who is authorized to accompany the minor, period of accommodations and name of the hotel, authorization is signed recognized.

Garçons do café da manhã muito queridos e atenciosos.

Cons:

O quarto estava imundo. Quando abri a porta veio um cheiro bem forte. Paredes sujas, embaixo das camas muito sujo inclusive com papel. O banheiro tinha um vazamento e o chão estava bem molhado. Uma bancada do banheiro estava com a madeira toda estufada. A pilha do controle da tv não funcionava.

Poderiam investir mais na recepção aos hóspedes. Disponibilizar uma pessoa para ajudar a carregar as malas. Tive de retirar e levar as malas sozinho sem ninguém ajudar.

A garçonete Juliana é simplesmente um amor de pessoa: atenciosa e cuidadosa comigo após eu informar minha restrição alimentar: sou celíaca! Todos os funcionários são prestativos e atenciosos.

Cons:

O banheiro não me agradou! Instalações antigas, a pia acumula água na bancada, a banheira e o box não pareciam ter sido devidamente higienizados. Não há flexibilidade para late check-out e uma simples água mineral custou R$ 10,00!
O piso do quarto é carpete, o que faz duvidar sobre a higienização adequada.
