Localização excelente, café da manhã muito bom e atendimento em geral dos funcionários excelente, tanto da recepção quanto do restaurante.

Cons:

Não dá pra ficar com o quarto virado para o aeroporto, as vedações não são boas das janelas, solicitei alteração e fizeram de imediato. No quarto não haviam toalhas, tive que solicitar, não haviam sabonetes, somente sabonete líquido, não solicitei pra saber se haveria. TV antiga e do lado da cama, muito ruim essa disposição.

Próximo ao aeroporto. Restaurante bom, café bom, funcionários bons.

Cons:

Barulho mesmo com janelas fechadas, após 2 diárias incomoda. Banheiro não é totalmente limpo. Tv ruim, poucos canais e com sinal ruim

CUSTO BENEFÍCIO RAZOÁVEL
Pros:

Proximidade do aeroporto de Congonhas, que lhe permite ir caminhando e evitar o caótico trânsito de SP. O café da manhã é excelente.

Cons:

O local sofre com um intenso barulho de aeronaves decolando e pousando, pois fica extremamente próximo à pista de decolagem. Do raiar do dia até por volta de 23h00 só é possível dormir utilizando um abafador de ruído.
