Very unusual hotel
Pros:

This the best view from any hotel ive ever stayed in , very quirky with added attraction of a rooftop studio and art gallery

Cons:

Room was a little dated but i suppose it adds to the hotel.

Pros:

Staff very friendly Food was very good Scenery beautiful

Cons:

Views out window in bedroom & restaurant are interrupted by parked cars
Throw on bed looked stained or dirty though otherwise bedding was immaculate

Absolutely unique place with its own personality
Pros:

This is beautiful and unique place. Great location and views, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful decor (Mrs Ryans' - the owner - paintings!) and design. Best seafood! Big and tasty breakfasts. This place has it's own personality and you need to go there and feel it, it's difficult to describe. The superior rooms are amazing.

Cons:

I personally do not not like it, but some people might find some of "the old building" perks as annoying - some squeaking floors or stuff like that, but this is the part of personality I was writing above :)

the location was just perfect and room had the most fantastic view the hotel has a charm about it that means you feel like your back in time when hotels put the customer first, have visited this hotel before and will return

The large central window pain is cloudy, and only opens a little (safety) slightly marring the excellent panoramic view.

Don't expect luxury, but do expect to be bowled over by the location and, in particular, the wonderful fresh seafood
Pros:

The location is exceptional and the quality of the food was 10/10. The staff, without exception were extremely helpful

Cons:

Our bedroom was adequate in terms of size but it and the hotel in general was tired and in need of a facelift

Stunning location for a short break
Pros:

Stunning location. Excellent breakfasts and evening meals. Very nice restaurant. Lovely friendly welcoming staff. Good parking. Hotel has character and enjoyed all the paintings

Cons:

Room 22, ok, but tiny tv ( couldn’t see the football very well!!) and could hear people in room 23. Also felt it could do with updating and didn’t feel it was 4 star but the bed was very comfy. Incredible views

Pros:

Absolutely lovely hotel. The setting was superb, staff were all very friendly, and the food was fantastic... the view from our bedroom window was a solid 9.5/10 - only dropping the half a point due to some fairly incessant drizzle!
