Events team did not make my booking and were then in-flexible to assist despite their mistake. Food choices were not ver

The property has a good location and outdoor swimming pool.

Cons:

The events team do not work weekends. The staff were not flexible with events and food choices. Despite booking an event and a room, the event was not booked. We were then told they could fit us in but one of us must have fish the other chicken. Poor service for the £65 per head. We declined and made other plans. Events team are poor.

Loved every minute.
Pros:

It was like stepping back in time. Old world courtesy from the staff. Freshly cooked breakfasts. In fact, the lunches and breakfasts were first class and such good value for money. The surroundings were very elegant. And, the icing on the cake was that our dog was made so welcome.

Cons:

Our room was small and very, very hot when we arrived. The windows didn't open to let enough air in. However, a fan was available which made it bearable.
Also the tv didn't work. Aerial problem. A lovely man tried to fix it to no avail. But.....this did not spoil our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Had a sea view room & the view was amazing.
The food was good quality.

I was there for a function.It was the perfect venue for a gathering!

The hotel was beyond our expectation and the location was perfect.
Pros:

We visited the hotel for a double birthday celebration.
The restaurant was exceptional and the staff were so helpful and pleasant. Our room was very clean and had two windows. all tea and coffee facilities were good and we were positioned near a lift.

Cons:

The outdoor pool was meant to be heated but it seemed very cold. Apart from that we were very satisfied with the hotel.
