When booking more than 5 rooms, a nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.

Clean, nicely done, good location

Cons:

Spa wasn’t open on our stay and was only notified once the payment had come out of my bank account and 24 hours before our stay.

A very comfortable hotel in a convenient location with a very nice breakfast which was very good for our meeting up with
Pros:

We paid to upgrade to a better room. We were very happy with our room which was very quiet and very comfortable and felt like it had been newly refurbished. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was excellent. We had a meal in the restaurant in the evening and both the food and the service were very good. It’s a good location at the top of Guildford high street. The ground floor space is very nice for meet friends and family.

Cons:

While our upgraded room was lovely I wasn’t impressed when I first went to the room at about 3pm to see at least 4 bedroom doors had dirty dishes on the floor outside. One looked like drinks glasses from the night before and one a tray of dirty breakfast dishes. I told reception but the dishes were still there when we went back to the room later in the afternoon and I think I heard them being collected about 6pm.

A lovely stay in a well run hotel with very friendly staff throughout.

The breakfast was very good. All fresh and well presented. Very satisfied overall.

I do not recommend this hotel if you planing to use facilities with children as they not allowed
Cons:

Unfortunately our experience was very disappointed with two teens they were not allowed to use all the facilities as all over 18 such as the spa pool. We were not aware of at any of the time and we booked this hotel especially for the reason to use their spa facilities. There were nothing on their policy or any sides written of their restrictions. Costumer service no action taken regarding to this matter they not even replied to our request for a parcel refund.
