When booking more than 5 rooms, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.

I was asked if I wanted to pay to upgrade to a superior room and add in breakfast - I would have booked these if I’d wanted them.
It was an ok stay but I left feeling ripped off.
Great lobby and location.
The room I was given felt like a tired room at the Crown Plaza, small shower, no coffee or tea making facility, frosted bedroom window.
On another note, very hard to find the lift area, limited signage in the bedroom corridor.
I’ve stayed at the Harbour Hotel Richmond before, superior rooms and decor.
We had a fantastic experience at Harbour Hotel, thanks to David on reception.
From the moment we arrived, David was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and bubbly. He talked us through the check-in process clearly, explained breakfast times, and answered all of our questions with a smile.
He made us feel very comfortable and valued as guests throughout our arrival. As returning customers, he took the time to ask about the occasion for our stay and very kindly upgraded our room, which was a lovely surprise and greatly appreciated.
David’s positive attitude and excellent customer service really made a difference to our stay. He is a real credit to the hotel, and experiences like this are exactly why we keep coming back.

Great property
This is my second stay at the hotel. I booked a double room that was smaller than I received on my first visit. The room had been recently painted, so my stay was not enjoyable as I was breathing in pain fumes. I am asthmatic and was wheezing as a result. I did not fully enjoy my stay. That being said it is a good hotel.
David at reception was so friendly and helpful, arranging taxis, making recommendations and even offering to install a fridge in our room! Long bar restaurant was delicious. Myles hosted us beautifully.
