When booking more than 5 rooms, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.

We stayed with friends for three nights during GuilFest, and what an incredible hotel it was! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. Every member of staff was fantastic, and a special mention must go to Gracie, who truly went above and beyond to take care of us throughout our stay.

Aircon barely did anything at all and was not cold enough.
Someone’s used room service dinner tray and rubbish bag was sitting in the hallway for a long time without being cleared.
Bacon was hard as iron (but the rest of breakfast was exceptional)

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Guildford.
Room was clean and luxurious. Spa was small but outdoor was lovely in the sunshine and I also had a lovely massage.
But what really stood out for me was the staff, friendly and professional from the moment we walked through the door. Special thanks to David on reception was setting a great first impression.

Great location a short walk into the main shopping area of Guildford. Parking on site.
The staff were very hit and miss. The receptionist who checked us in was hopeless, some of the waiting staff in the restaurant were equally so. Despite arriving at the check in time, our room wasn’t ready which was frustrating. Boards around the restaurant show the plans for improving the decor in the restaurant, which was, frankly, shambolic. The furniture was tired, stained, dirty, the walls had been stripped of their wallpaper and just left stained and bare. It looked a real mess.
