Todo Colonial, tranquilo y un ambiente muy agradable
El agua de la primera habitación no estaba tan caliente pero al pasarnos a otra habitación mejoró muchísimo
El precio que ofrece esta plataforma, es más económico qué los precios del hotel.
Ofrecen descuento para adquirir boletos al acuario y Africam safari, además de los descuentos en el restaurante por estar hospedados.
La cama esta incomoda, no hay clima (en temporada de calor se siente feo) pero por el precio supongo que se compensa.

Realmente pésimo.
Muy ruidoso, tanto si la habitación da hacia el interior del hotel como hacia fuera.
La limpieza casi inexistente, la habitación pésima con los muebles súper viejos, la ducha que no tiene alcachofa y se inunda, las toallas con agujeros y la cama con pelos de otra persona.
El desayuno crudo.
No tienen secador de pelo.
La señora que está en recepción en los turnos de mañana de mediana edad con gafas y pelo corto, mal educada y mal agradecida.
Todos sin ganas de trabajar, el ambiente es descuidado y turbio. No lo recomiendo ni para dormir una noche ya que por el ruido no podrás hacerlo. Al lado de mí habitación había un señor que roncaba y se escuchaba perfectamente toda la noche.

El baño no tenía regadera solo el tubo del agua directo la puerta del baño no cierra y poco alcance del internet

No me dieron una habitación con balcón....
The location was very good - about 6 blocks to the Zocalo. I stayed on two different occasions. The first time I had a room with balcony on the 4th floor, and the second time, a nice spacious room near the interior courtyard and garden. Though the hotel showed a little "wear" over time, the rooms were well-appointed and pleasant. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, as were the wait staff at the hotel's restaurant, which proved to be a very convenient and useful breakfast stop to start the day. And the prices for both rooms and the restaurant were really very reasonable. Very good value for the money!
A few small items such as the shower heads in the bathrooms - very old style. They need to be updated. Also lower floor rooms at the front of the hotel - facing the street - can be quite loud and noisy in the late afternoon/early evening hours.
