The location was great
We were staying for 3 nights and when we arrived the sheets were sandy, it was late and I expected they would be changed by house keeping the next day. When they weren’t i requested service and was told that house keeping was busy and they could come the next day, which was the day we were checking out. I found this completely unacceptable for a hotel that charges over $250 a night. It’s designed for long term stays, we were told housekeeping only comes every 5 days. There was no one on site to help with our issue and the number we had to text took over 5 hours to reply to us on average. This was part of the reason housekeeping couldn’t get to us on time. Maybe fine for a longer term stay but would skip for a shorter one.

A bit pricy, but if you are willing to pay. You will have a luxury feeling in center of Santa Teresa
The location is steps from the beach (less than 5 min walking) and great dining spots. The room is clean, beautiful and has a large desk that's great for working. You will also find a common area with desks and a kitchen, a great space to meet people. Highly recommended!
Everything was as advertised and as you see in the photos. This is a beautiful property in a great location in Santa Teresa, just across the street from La Lora. The room was spotless and the grounds are really nicely designed around a central pool. The bed was super comfortable and everything (like air-con, wifi, etc.) worked really well. There is a really convenient shared kitchen, especially if you are an early bird! I really appreciated how peaceful and quiet this place was because the main road can be really loud with the ATVs and you only heard birds at this place.
