Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. We only stayed for one night. Good value for money and location is great.

Cons:

There was some mould in the room near the skirting boards and the AC was very loud.

Decent hotel with predatory business practices
Pros:

Room was clean and amenities were nice. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Predatory business practices. Don't believe all the positive reviews. They overbook the hotel, tell you the room you booked isn't available, and force you to pay a higher fee for a "nicer" room. They do allow you to cancel free of charge. Regardless if you accept their offer, they cancel your reservation on booking so you cannot leave a bad review.

We booked two rooms with two twin beds. They confirmed the reservation, said there would be no issue, and then shortly before arrival told us only a single family room was available with 21:30 check in at a higher price than the original room we booked! We pretty much had to accept because we were tired from a long journey to Hanoi and weren't in a state to look for a fair deal elsewhere.

We also came back to this hotel a few days later (nonrefundable reservation) and they pulled the same thing. We booked two rooms with twin beds, and they said they only had rooms with a single bed. The second time around they didn't charge us a higher price for the room.

FYI the cheaper room, has a window facing a stairwell with the light always on. The window does not have blackout curtains, so it can be uncomfortable for light sleepers.

Great location. Lovely room.
Pros:

Our second time here after a 4 night stay in Sa Pa for a 2 night stopover before heading to Ha Long Bay. As with our first stay, everything was great and we were greeted like long lost family when we arrived back.

Cons:

All good.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in Hanoi
Pros:

Trotz Lage an belebter Straße ein ruhiges Hotel. Geräumiges Zimmer mit Fenstern. Bad auch komfortabel.
Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption, deren Namen ich leider nicht erfragt habe, war rührend hilfsbereit und umsichtig. Danke an dieser Stelle.

Cons:

One of the members of staff was on face time when I got the and for some reason turned the phone round so whenever she was talking to could see me. Bit weird.
My room was 'up graded:' to another room that had no window and triple room. But there was only me.

Tolles Hotel mit super Service
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer und bequemes Bett. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr ansprechend.
Jeden Tag gab es frische Handtücher.
Duschgel und Shampoo war reichlich vorhanden und die Dusche war durch eine Glaswand von der Toilette getrennt, was ein Nasswerden des Bodens verhindert.
Insgesamt das beste Hotel, das ich in Vietnam hatte.

Pros:

Khách sạn ngay trung tâm, chị lễ tân nhiệt tình,ngọt ngào khéo léo đúng chất Hà Nội. Nói chung ace lễ tân khách sạn luôn vui vẻ hỗ trợ. Chị còn hỗ trợ cho mình check out trễ 1tiếng (bù lại lúc check in thì phải đợi đến 15h00,mình có phàn nàn vì nhà có trẻ con thì chị cũng nhanh chóng cho nhận phòng)
Phòng ốc sạch sẽ,có điều hoà 2 chiều.

Cons:

Tôi đã ở khách sạn này lần thứ 4 nhưng lần này rất thất vọng vì giá khách sạn cao nhưng wifi cực kỳ kém,thậm chí k chạy nổi để lướt FB chứ nói gì xem phim. Thằng nhóc nhà mình nó xem hoạt hình mà phải đợi wifi xoay liên tục. Đã báo lễ tân nhưng vẫn k cải thiện hơn. Gia đình mình chủ yếu nghỉ dưỡng mà wifi như thế làm rất khó chịu,ảnh hưởng đến kỳ nghỉ.
Phòng thì giá cao. Mình đã up lên phòng ban công 3ng lớn 1 trẻ con (có thêm phí) vậy tại sao chị lao công vẫn cố tình chỉ phục vụ 2gói cfe trà/ngày. Nhắc c cho thêm đủ 3khách thì c cố cãi là tiêu chuẩn 2 gói/ngày thôi. Vậy ai uống ai nhịn nhỉ.

Très accueillant !
Pros:

Flower était extrêmement accueillante et serviable. Elle m’a aidée et était toujours souriante. Aussi, malgré l’emplacement, les chambres étaient calmes et bien isolées, donc on pouvait dormir tranquillement.
